Cant say enough great things about A&A. I called and spoke to Mr. Doug, the Service Manager, and explained the situation with my vehicle. Mr. Doug told me what was probably going on with it and I asked if he could get my vehicle picked up and taken to A&A. Mr. Doug was quick to get my vehicle picked up, called me to let me know what was wrong with it, gave me a price and gave me an estimated time of when it would be ready. Mr. Doug stayed in constant communication with me and had my vehicle's transmission repaired sooner than the expected time. I would highly recommend A&A for your transmission repair needs.

Great Shop! Great Customer Service! Great everything!! They were very reliable and honest and took care of me and my vehicle. Doug is good person on the phone and in person! Helped me tremendously, id you have any transmission problem this is the shop to take it to!

Honest, honest people. Jason and Doug are awesome. My daddy worked with them for years. Recently took my truck up and was prepared to have the transmission totally rebuilt as I only had third gear. They were able to fix it and have it running perfect for a fraction. Anyone else would have took my money and rebuilt it even though it didn't need it or worse may have fixes the same thing they fixed and charged me for a rebuild. Can't get any better S far as I'm concerned.

This is the 2nd time I have used this shop! 3 years ago right after I moved here (knowing no body that lived here) my SUV broke down (already knew it was transmission issue) they came right out got me off the side of the road! I ended up having to replace transmission but they help me find a used one got it to their shop and replace it for me. Price was very reasonable for the work they had to do (of course for me at the time I struggled to get enough money up to pay them but let's face it car repairs aren't cheap)! Today I found myself in need of a transmission expert for my dad's car! FYI my dad is in town visiting me and it's Labor Day weekend. His car broke down yesterday (Sunday) and I had Bubba's Towing ( also highly recommended if your looking for a tow truck) take it to A&A transmission thinking they wasn't going to be open till Tuesda, I figured I would just try calling shop Monday just in case guess what they was open so I explained that it was my dads car sitting in their parking lot and I would be there soon to talk to them and bring keys. Walked into shop and the guy remembered me from 3 years ago as I did him. Still had same helpfulness attitude. After explaining my dad was in from out of town he said he would try to at least look and see whats need to get it fixed today. We are grateful for them and hope he does get to look at it today (we know he can't fix it today but hopefully we at least have a timeline so we can plan on how to get dad home and when he needs to be back for his car) but if not we will understand cause there are other customers that are waiting on their cars to be fixed that was there before us! I will forever give this shop my business!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Good honest people. I thought my transmission was failing, but they took a few minutes to look over it and found that a sensor had been left undone at a previous shop. Fixed my shifting problems immediately, this all happened in about 15 minutes. Would recommend anybody having car issues come here.Service: Transmission

My truck broke down in Florence, on the way to MD from FL. The first shop that I stopped at recommended that I bring it to A & A and I'm glad I did. They thoroughly explained what the issue was and started working on it right away. It only took a little over a day to fix it and was also considerably cheaper than expected!
