Purchased a boogie board from the store. In less than one hour in the water, the board started disintegrating. The store policy states no refunds or exchanges on boogie boards. I can understand the policy if the board broke to rough usage, not poor quality. Perhaps the store knows they sale poor quality or OLD items, and you are forced to buy another or take a loss. My advice, do NOT make purchases from a store who will not honor quality and customer satisfaction over greed. Your options are limited on this island, buy before you get here. This business does not deserve your money when they sale consumers poor quality items.

As I put my items on the counter, I had two items to the side to get a price. I saw the cashier ring up what I wanted and had already set my card on the counter because my grandbaby was shopping and I was just trying to get her out the store. The girl rang up the items and I said how much, she had stuck my card n and then said 62.66. as I asked her what the price of the two toys were she said oh they are 19.99 each. I said no I don't want them (2 toys) I said u can just refund the money back on card. She still literally had my card in her hand, receipt was printing! I said no, I ain't paying 19.99 for those can u please give me a refund. She called manager who said we don't do refunds. Not only was one of the 19.99 bubble blowers I was stuck with broke.... The other one is corroded where the batteries are and don't work either. So 40.00 for two toys that don't work!! That I didn't want to begin with! Might I add no signs visible saying no refunds! I bet I won't step foot back n there again. I have bought a lot in that store on a regular basis so hope my last 62.66 was worth it! Don't recommend !

My daughter bought a handheld fan for $16.99. When we got home and opened it up the battery part had corroded and it would not work because of all the battery acid and corrosion. I took it up there two days later, while still on vacation in Edisto. Told the cashier what happened, but did not have my receipt. We had left the receipt in our beach bag and it had accidentally been thrown away. The lady saw that it was corroded and would not exchange it for another one when it was clearly the exact same fan that we had purchased two days prior. So my little girl lost $16.99 of her own money, and they would not exchange Without the receipt. I do not recommend the store. They only sell junk.

Are float popped :(, but we got a full fledged tube (that is meant to be dragged behind a boat) for only 25$! Safe to say that won’t pop. We still have it to this day!

The owners is always so nice they have got just about a little bit of everything and what didn't have he said he would try to get for me ,my bathroom is full of stuff from their place food is good don't get any better ?

Overpriced items, staff was wasn’t friendly, and kept getting followed around by one staff member as if I was going to steal, it made me very uncomfortable. Took my business else where.

Went looking for Cap for the beach. Store is loaded with cloths, souvenirs, toys and etc. Bar out by the pier with a place to eat
