Aiken electric does pretty good but I've noticed a pattern. Why is it that when their customers receive money from them, the bill "just so happens " to increase around that particular time? I've noticed this and other increases at particular times of the year that is not justified with the explanations that have been given over the years. A lot of customers have noticed this and have issues with this.
