Please do not use this guy… I was hoping to get a chair reupholstered- he told me how much fabric to buy over the phone based on description and cushions. I specifically asked if I needed to take measurements and was told “no”. On the day of pick-up, he said this is not a chair… it’s a chair and a half. Therefore, labor would be more and I didn’t have enough fabric. He was very insulting and said” I trusted you knew the difference between a chair and a chair and a half when you called”. He walked off and left with no apology or sorry for the miscommunication, etc. This is the worst customer service I have seen!
