If you come here, you have to be prepared to wait about an hour. That being said, they used to do a good job which is why I kept coming back. Recently, the company has changed hands and they have almost doubled their prices. Additionally, while I was waiting for my car to be finished, the employees started yelling at each other. This made myself and others feel very uncomfortable. Lastly and most unfortunate, my car was damaged while in their care. There was excess cleaner in my drink cup and some dirt on the floor. When I brought this to their attention, I was told they would "make it right". It has been several weeks and I have not even gotten so much as a follow call. One other note, they put my driver side matt in the back seat and excess armor all on the drivers pedals. That is an accident waiting to happen!

Paid for the premier wash for outside and inside. Had to come home and finish the inside myself because of crumbs and spots on the window they did a poor job on. My husband s car was also cleaned the same day, his back seat looked like they didn't even touch it- Not worth paying extra to get the inside clean if you have to come behind them and do it again. Won't be coming back here again. Definitely recommend trying somewhere else

They do a good job of cleaning your vehicle. However, the service is incredibly slow, so plan on an hour to be safe. I would definitely use more often if they could speed up the process. Also need to update their opening time on the web. States 8:00, but the sign out front says they'll "try" to open by 9:00.

I gave them a three because my car was dirty and though it was $40 for the wash, some of the people washing vehicle did extra. Some of the people cleaned inside the gas cap area mine didn't get that. I think the two people washing my vehicle were training, the man with them told them that I had paid for armor all inside. If he hadn't noticed that it wouldn't have been done, it was on the receipt that was left on the dash. I did tip them $10 ,it's an ok wash, but the next time I'll get it hand washed instead.

Never again. My hubby took the car to get washed. When he returned, the outside looked ok, but the inside looked as though it was barely touched. Why??? For $22, I'm confused why the inside of my car looked like it was sweeper out with a broom. Do better!

If I could give a zero I would! Sprayed acid on my aluminum wheels and it burned and stained them. There were other cars there that had the same issue and they were trying to polish the stains out. Manager told me to get a price to polish the acid marks out and the car wash would pay for it. It cost $880 to repair all four wheels and the manager stated to go ahead with the repair when I showed him the quote and they would pay for it. Long story short, I had to take them to court to get reimbursed for the $880 that I had to pay because they refused to pay it. The car wash was court ordered to reimburse me and pay court costs. I would stay far away from this car wash as they will not honor what they tell you!!!

Let me first say that I had high hopes they'd do a great job because I've been looking for a full service car wash close to home (I've used canopy car wash for many years but not wanting to make that drive to Taylors if I can help it). Well, to say I was disappointed would be putting it mildly. My cup holders were full of armor all (looked like milk spilled in them) and SO WAS MY KEYFOB. They didn't bother to vacuum under my floor mats. For the $72.00 I paid my car should have looked brand new-similar service at Canopy would be !35.00 MAX. And perhaps the thing that bothered me more than anything was I could tell a hat in my car had been adjusted indicating it had been tried on by the little girls cleaning my car. That made me start to wonder what else they'd helped themselves to or plundered through while inside my car! In all the years of going to Canopy, the employees had never ever tampered with anything that I left in the car or given me any reason to feel like I couldn't trust them to be inside my car. I never felt like I needed to remove anything at all before I turned the keys over to them. I was just glad I'd removed my concealed weapon from the car. I'm a very trusting person and it disappoints me when I realize that trust has been violated. I won't go back. I won't even go back and let them clean my car better because I don't want to let the kids that cleaned it back in my car. (Overall a very friendly group but no boundaries established with these young employees.)In response to the business owners response, the hat strap was definitely adjusted to a very small size like the young girls that were cleaning my car. I wouldn't have taken the time to write a review had my hat just been moved, since I would have expected it to be moved so they could clean thoroughly.

Came in today needing a full cleaning, I asked about the wait, was told an hour. Not a problem. 3 hours later, I had to ask what was going on, was told they were short staffed and it would be at least a couple more hours. I have no problem with how long it takes, but communicate better through the process. Asked for a partial refund, which they did. The work they did complete looked nice.

After my car went through the wash, it was dried and the interior cleaned .As I got ready to leave , one of the male employees who had cleaned it stood holding my door open.He said "You haven't left a tip"I said I usually do, but today I did not have any cash and charged my car wash on Visa.As 2 other male dudes approached and stood in front of my car,He said" You are not leaving here until you leave a 6 dollar tip ."I showed him my wallet and said I have no cash today .He said "Go to the cashier in the back and tell her to charge $6 on your credit card and bring me the cash.I'm elderly and did as he said, but will never as long as I live go back to that crappy place.I'd rather wash it my self than be intimidated by those thugs.

I went this morning to have my card cleaned. I got the premier car wash and paid extra for them to detail the interior. When I paid for everything I explained to them that last time I was there they had used a dirty towel on my windows. Could they please do a good job on my widows this time. Well before I left I looked at the back seat and there was something dripping off my back seat. I pointed it out and they wiped down the back seat and I got back in the car and realized I still had a place on my windshield where a big bug had hit my windshield. They didn't even try to clean the windows just dried them off. And to top it all off they used so much armor all or what ever they used that it stained my shirt. So please beware. I even gave them a big tip. Biggest waste of $60.00 I have ever spent.

Came in for a wash (24.00). Seen a sign that says they do detailing. I wasn't aware of this. 69.00 for seats and carpets. Asked how long she said 30 mins tops bc they had a lot of employees and weren't that busy. 1 hour later they say my cars ready. Get in and the carpets were not done. They apologize and take it back. 2 hours and 69$later my car looks just like it did when I got here. They literally use a tiny round scrubber attached to a drill to "clean" the seats and carpets. Definitely would not recommend. Not worth the time or the money at all.
