Checkout redesign is horrible. So I decided to do a Walmart pickup. Cant even find a pickup spot because everybody is using them as parking spots!

Whoever designed the checkout lines and thought it would work smoothly needs to be fired! This is the worst experience trying to get to a register and checkout the wait is ridiculous!
To top it off the aisles are so close together it’s hard to maneuver around when you have kids. Bottom line it is very stressful to shop at this Walmart.

I was in Easley, so I stopped by this location. They were undergoing renovations & only 2 registers were open. I used the self check out. I had 6 items. I hadn't even put away my money when a young girl ran over & rudely told me I didn't scan all my items. She demands to see my receipt. Her "phone" showed I didn't scan a $2 bottle of nail polish. I showed my receipt, she looked at it & said she didn't know what happened. Never apologized. I told her I would not be back. It would be different if she had asked, like anyone in customer service should. Picture is of the "item in question." ?

Came to Walmart to purchase 3 Apple Pencils that I need today. In store price is $129 online price is $79. Instead of honoring online price they advertise for items they have in stock , it’s $129 or waiting days for the $79 price to process and deliver. Makes no sense.

Horrible noise coming from inside like a siren, just kept going off over the shop. I had bad panic anxiety disorder and that just really wasn't good for me. And then the machines were like backwards and the reader kept messing up. It was a horrible experience . all the cashiers were in a bad mood due to the noise but they are renovating so I understand.

You’d be pressed to find a worse Walmart. It’s like the people that order and stock the shelves don’t even work there. The new checkout system since the remodel is garbage. Will drive 15 plus minutes to avoid this Walmart and it’s only 5 mins from my hours.

What a joke for checkout. Walmart employees are not letting people go open to registers. Stood in line for a few minutes not worth the wait never again.

I pay for walmart plus and recently half of the stuff that I order isn't available for delivery when it is in stock. (Ive went and checked the same day ive ordered) Hardly able to get anything generic brand nowadays pretty much forces me to get name brand stuff that costs a good bit more when I have a low buget. Absolutely ridiculous!

Lady yelled at me because I wanted to use self check out honestly never felt more embarrassed I get 15 item or less but yelling at customer because I wanna use self check out is just wrong

The new renovations give the store the same welcoming atmosphere as a county jail. Why a company would want to make shopping at their store more inconvenient and unwelcoming is puzzling.
