They are the worst pharmacy in Easley
I am not Medicare ADVANTAGE I pay a monthly premium for my drugs.they give you less pills than the rx calls for.they lose my doctor's faxed drug orders and are rude and uncaring! And hang the phone up instead of correcting the problem!! Rx staff have to deal with doctors patients and should be more caring!!

This place is absolutely horrendous. Wait line takes forever for the pharmacy. They will ignore your calls 4 times over, if issues arise and your insurance has to call to fix the issue, they will hang up on your insurance instead of fixing the issue. A pharmacist with the name of Mckenzye at this location has done this with my grandmothers insurance and now she will be without insulin for the weekend. Mckenzye also has a terrible attitude and belittles her customers. The asian man at the pharmacy was unwilling to write an emergency prescription to hold my grandmother over. He seemed to be more inclined to go on his lunch brake than to help someone who could possibly get hurt. He says he can do anything more, but in reality he doesn’t want to help. WILL BE SWITCHING TO CVS ASAP.

Called the store all morning. No one would answer. Auto attendant would only drop the calls. Tried the store manager, no answer.

This is one of the worst Pharmacies i've ever dealt with. Anytime there's a problem with prescriptions.They do not tell you until it is too late. I had to go online to see what my status was for my order for insulin.Just to find out that my insurance Isn't covering it.They never called me. I requested a refill of my insulin 2 weeks and I am just finding out the day I run out It's not covered.

Never use their app to order anything from the store for home delivery. They cannot help you if their subcontractor DoorDash messes up, picks up the pharmacy order and forgets the rest. DoorDash will not help, either. They won’t talk to you because Walgreens is their customer, not you. Walgreens corporate policy apparently is to force their own customer to deal with their subcontracted delivery service directly, even tho the customer placed the order and paid for it directly thru Walgreens, and DoorDash says they can only deal with their client, Walgreen’s, not Walgreen’s customer. It took me 9 phone calls over 2 days, being bounced around like a red headed stepchild, after being unable to get my order delivered, to finally end up getting the order cancelled to get a refund by their corporate who also told me they could not manage same day order issues, they only manage shipped by UPS orders. Never using that online app to order anything ever again. Lesson learned.

I have always had subpar service with the pharmacy here but today was probably the worst. Pulled up to the drive thru and Rob (greasy hair in a bun with a beard), says "Name?" No hello but I don't necessarily need to be greeted. Get to the checkout part and I tell him the price is almost double what I was quoted on the phone from a lady that worked there (I am fine with paying for a medication I need, but this was double the quoted price so all I wanted was for him to verify). He proceeds to say "what was her name who quoted that? I'm telling you this is the price *sighs at me*" me: "I didn't catch her name but could you please just double check?" Raises his tone and voice and says "I'm the only male here everyone else is female. I'm not going to go around and ask who told you this." Me: "all I'm asking is that you double check" R: "I already told you the price. That's the price. You can come back at 2 for the pharmacist." in the most condescending and rude tone I've ever experienced. Now, the pharmacist-Christina I believe- was so helpful. I also find it convenient that as soon as Christina was around, Rob suddenly had manners at the drive thru.

I’ll never shop here again. I walk into the store and the lady at the counter says “welcome to Walgreens!!” I’ve been to so many I expect that and I said “Hi thank you!!! As I always do. There was a person walking out as I was coming in so not sure if she heard me as I passed by but I DEFINITELY heard miss lady say to another women “Some people just don’t know how to be polite and say hi back anymore” I legit turned and stared right at her and she waved. Yea I’m not waving back now. Once I got my stuff and came to check out I made sure to let her know “Oh by the way I said hi back you must’ve been too busy to hear me, but you’re right some people don’t know how to be polite.Lady find another job cuz one day someone will definitely show sincere rudeness and you NEVER know what your customers are going through………ma’am

Ridiculously incompetent and rude. Ordered an item on line and received an email stating order fulfillment was in progress. I called two hours later to check on status as I hadn't received an update. Customer rep didn't know status of order stating she may have cancelled it and sent me an email. I stated I hadn't received an email that's why I was calling. Turns out according to her, it's all my fault and I'm a bother. Moved on to Walmart for same item, better price; easy peasy compared to Walgreens. Sad.

Went into specifically get earl gray tea and they had a sign for buy one get one discounted but they only had 1 so I told the lady at the register and her response was you can mix and match. If I wanted another tea I would've gotten it. Poor customer service, I will be going to cvs in this town
