I have always had subpar service with the pharmacy here but today was probably the worst. Pulled up to the drive thru and Rob (greasy hair in a bun with a beard), says "Name?" No hello but I don't necessarily need to be greeted. Get to the checkout part and I tell him the price is almost double what I was quoted on the phone from a lady that worked there (I am fine with paying for a medication I need, but this was double the quoted price so all I wanted was for him to verify). He proceeds to say "what was her name who quoted that? I'm telling you this is the price *sighs at me*" me: "I didn't catch her name but could you please just double check?" Raises his tone and voice and says "I'm the only male here everyone else is female. I'm not going to go around and ask who told you this." Me: "all I'm asking is that you double check" R: "I already told you the price. That's the price. You can come back at 2 for the pharmacist." in the most condescending and rude tone I've ever experienced. Now, the pharmacist-Christina I believe- was so helpful. I also find it convenient that as soon as Christina was around, Rob suddenly had manners at the drive thru.

Ridiculously incompetent and rude. Ordered an item on line and received an email stating order fulfillment was in progress. I called two hours later to check on status as I hadn't received an update. Customer rep didn't know status of order stating she may have cancelled it and sent me an email. I stated I hadn't received an email that's why I was calling. Turns out according to her, it's all my fault and I'm a bother. Moved on to Walmart for same item, better price; easy peasy compared to Walgreens. Sad.

Of all the Walgreens stores that are my favorites, I had to stop to buy the one that has the worst grumpy cashier who even launches the products called Samantha...why do they leave their house if they don't like their work?

I'm a loyal Walgreens shopper and I was concerned about getting the same quality of service from my local Walgreens in Seattle after moving to South Carolina. This location has consistently been on top of their customer service and store cleanliness. For this particular visit, I picked up an online photo order and it was ready in about an hour. Pickup was a breeze and the clerk was very kind.

Sadly Walgreens had gone downhill since my first review.The two main pharmacists have some left, and these so-called techs have absolutely NOT BUSINESS handling medications (not even OTc's!) They've continually blamed Drs, insurance or just flat lied about prescriptions not being filled. The app is horrendous! The auto-refills are no longer being refilled in a timely manner. Lord help you is you need to speak to someone, they're unable to count unless they're able to take their shoes off. Save yourself some heartache, go ANYWHERE ELSE but Walgreens!
