Had issues with my new phone, was upset and unable to resolve issue. Went in and explained that I needed to resolve issue as I was going out of town due to a death in the family and I needed a phone that worked. The young lady and gentleman in front worked on the phone and ultimately resolved the problem and I apologize for not remembering their names but I am very appreciative for the time they both took to understand my situation and resolve the problem ? ?

Had to ask clerk to slow down and explain several items. Would have been overcharged by several hundred dollars if not. Happy with resulting phones, not happy with the "sales" process.

I had to go inside this corporate location. To get my old device turn back on and a new SIM card. So I could ship my defective phone off. The employee did turn my phone back on. While using the SIM card that came out my defective phone. She kept trying to tell me that my phone was 4G so the SIM cards they had wouldn't work properly. Once I got out the store I noticed that the SIM card was not reading. Went back in and told the employee of the issue I was having with the SIM card not reading. She still was reluctant on selling me a new one. Telling me sometimes the agents over the phone don't really know what they're talking about. And if she sold me a new one it probably would not work because the phone was 4G and not 5G.Now One of the reasons I was sending the new phone back. Was because it kept going to 4G instead of staying on 5G when I did not have it on Wi-Fi. Anyway, I found out the next day that I couldn't reply back to any text messages. I could only receive them. Had to wind up calling Verizon back to troubleshoot my phone. Which led to me having to get a new SIM card. This issue probably could have been situated at the corporate store in the first place......SMH

I've been to this store several times. I have always been treated with respect. I don't mind driving a few extra mile to go to this store.

They will sign you up for the wrong plan and then are powerless to make the situation right because they are low level employees in Verizons world.

I came in the Easley location simply looking for a screensaver and a case. Blake not only went over choices/presented what matched my want list, he took time and reviewed my account for any other savings I could receive. He was very customer-focused, totally engaged & wholly knowledgeable. I was given a superior customer experience. Thanks so much!

Go early. Ask for Tim Sevilla. First class service with him. Store well stocked. Tim is knowledgeable and patient -- no rush.

After reading the reviews, I must say the store has gotten better since bringing on a new manager. I had a very positive experience, and will be a loyal customer to this location going forward.

Verizon in general sucks, their coverage map is a total lie, they over charge you for their phones and do not stand behind their insurance policies. Do not invest your money here it will be lost if you do.

The business manager Melissa is awful to deal with, she will promise you anything to make the deal and doesn’t stand behind what she tells you and will never return your call. I left AT&T to come to Verizon and honestly wished I hadn’t because of Melissa. Bad experience

I have my IPhones w/them since 2000. I recently got their internet service. Only occasionally do I have an outage and then it's usually only short term.

The Easley store overall is fine but the business manager, Melissa, is awful! She lies about promotions & billing issues just to get a sale and she NEVER responds to issues. I would highly recommend using anyone but her. Also, I rarely leave bad reviews if that tells you anything.

Horrible experience at this location. Like walking into a used car lot. First rep we spoke to gave us the run around. Wanted $50 for a restocking fee on a defective phone after telling us it wouldn’t be an issue under the Worry Free Guarantee. Made us come back 40 mins later to see a manager just for them to tell us they couldn’t swap the device as they didn’t have it in stock. This store is a joke, do not shop here its always a headache and needs to have the sales team and management trained, or replaced.
