Went in today to have some money added to my Verizon account because their prepaid app sucks. I was told by an employee that they could add money to my account for me. I ended up waiting 5-10 minutes before I saw a prepay kiosk in the back of the store on the right, which is what the employee failed to tell me. Thanks - not!

Went to get my account number and pin cause my phone bill is going up each month the guy act like he didn't want to help me or try to figure out how to get my bill down he had a nasty attitude

I went in for an issue and was talked into a screen protector I was told $59.00 and I would get a screen protector for my phone nicest guy ever met put it on me register me for replacement for free and I was ring led to believe that I could come in for lifetime warranty and get a replacement free of charge but did not realize what a scam I was being set up for an account with a totally new company a company called ZAG who have a big scam and put through the system to ever get another screen protector don’t fall for it it’s not worth it went in today was approached by there door enforcer who stops you at the door like a criminal and told that I would have to contact this zag company I looked over the same guy who screwed me over with scam was placing a zag screen protector for a lady totally a racket set up no customer service no service of any kind but you have to pay they will be charging for the sunshine next after of course you sign into their stupid computer system. Don’t get hosed like I did. Better off dealing with the person you get when you call customer service after all of the prompts you will get a person after 15 to 30 minutes beats getting taken advantage of,

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! The commercial they have saying bring in your iPhone and get a free iPhone 15 is not the case they wanted a down payment of over 500$ and the phone was still almost 1000$ that’s not including the plan you want for your monthly service and they wouldn’t have even given me the option to go on a contract unless I turned in my iPhone 14 this place sucks!!

Had issues with my new phone, was upset and unable to resolve issue. Went in and explained that I needed to resolve issue as I was going out of town due to a death in the family and I needed a phone that worked. The young lady and gentleman in front worked on the phone and ultimately resolved the problem and I apologize for not remembering their names but I am very appreciative for the time they both took to understand my situation and resolve the problem ? ?

Had to ask clerk to slow down and explain several items. Would have been overcharged by several hundred dollars if not. Happy with resulting phones, not happy with the "sales" process.

I had to go inside this corporate location. To get my old device turn back on and a new SIM card. So I could ship my defective phone off. The employee did turn my phone back on. While using the SIM card that came out my defective phone. She kept trying to tell me that my phone was 4G so the SIM cards they had wouldn't work properly. Once I got out the store I noticed that the SIM card was not reading. Went back in and told the employee of the issue I was having with the SIM card not reading. She still was reluctant on selling me a new one. Telling me sometimes the agents over the phone don't really know what they're talking about. And if she sold me a new one it probably would not work because the phone was 4G and not 5G.Now One of the reasons I was sending the new phone back. Was because it kept going to 4G instead of staying on 5G when I did not have it on Wi-Fi. Anyway, I found out the next day that I couldn't reply back to any text messages. I could only receive them. Had to wind up calling Verizon back to troubleshoot my phone. Which led to me having to get a new SIM card. This issue probably could have been situated at the corporate store in the first place......SMH

They will sign you up for the wrong plan and then are powerless to make the situation right because they are low level employees in Verizons world.
