Unfortunately I was not aware when I placed my order your area had suffered from the hurricane. You processed my order, delivered it, and made my friend’s day. She said it was exceptional and those words do not flow easily from her lips. I am sorry for your hardships, sorry that I only know one person in your area and can not use your services more often. Best experience with a business that I’ve had in a long time. The lady who took my order was so kind and tried very hard to make sure I was pleased with my selection. Then the following day when one of the plants wasn’t acceptable to the lady putting the plants together, she called me to ask what I would like her to replace the unacceptable plant with. I was so impressed by these folks.

I will say this, I cannot remember the name of the wonderful lady that helped me and that makes me upset because she was exactly what I said, wonderful. The flowers I purchased were beautiful and arranged so nicely. Ordering through their website was easy and convenient. The delivery was prompt, and they even called me once the arrangement was dropped off. My mother-in-law was thrilled with the surprise!
