I went to the UPS store in Powdersville and had special antique pieces shipped in the USA. I had them check and make sure that it was packed properly. I paid $100 and insured the package. They put “Fragile” stickers all over it. The box looked like someone was playing soccer with it! Half of the items arrived in pieces. I complained and sent pictures via email. Nothing was done to make it right. Never again.

There is no place to quickly drop pre-paid packages here. We must line up sometimes going outside the door mostly because of Amazon returns. You can drop off pre-paid Fedex packages at the post office in Powdersville as an alternative.

I was able to get in and out reasonably quickly. The line was long, but it was moving very well. I was able to get the receipt for drop off which is what I needed.

I love going to the UPS Store they are so nice and helpful! Was a super long line when I walked in and only waited about 3 minutes before I was up front and they were helping me!

Husband works out of town, today he left his watch home. With three minutes left I was able to ship overnight for delivery by 1030 tomorrow morning. Don't frequent UPS often but never had issues with this store. Huge shout out to Cas for making this possible!

This location in Easley, SC is a disaster. Very unorganized, very unfriendly, and absolutely horrible customer service. Avoid this location at all costs.

After having a problem with some items , John at UPS contacted me and explained about the mix up and phone issues that the store was having. He has been very helpful and polite.

I did have some issues with a mailed envelope,I ask to talk to a supervisor ,she came outside ,she listened to my complaint patiently ,she explained to me what happened ,and she did take care of the problem and showed professional customer service that we missing it in many other services around,I am here to thank her for what she did .

This was my first visit to this specific UPS store, and Kendra was absolutely marvelous! She was polite and friendly, but very professional. She assisted me with my returns very efficiently.

Got a notary, woman obviously had an issue when she found out what I did for a living, not friendly, obviously political and at one point wasn’t going to sign a form I needed. I have never had issue with this location, they are normally awesome, but next time I will just go somewhere else if she is working, her peers this visit where friendly, she was not. What I do is not controversial in nature.
