I do not wear makeup often due to allergies, but I have a wedding coming up, so I wanted to find hypoallergenic eyeshadow.
When I walked in, I was greeted right away. However, she was helping another customer. I tried finding it on my own, but the place has so much to offer. I was at a loss... it was only a few minutes before another employee came to my rescue. She was amazing! She was knowledgeable about the products and what the store had to offer. She helped me find a product to try and explained the return policy, just in case I needed it.
I am a happy customer and plan on returning to Ulta next time I'm in need of beauty items.

I had an unpleasant experience while attempting to make a purchase at this establishment today. I typically spend a substantial amount of money, often exceeding $300, on makeup and related products during each visit. However, today's experience was quite disappointing.
Upon entering the store, I sought assistance from a "beauty advisor" to find a particular foundation product. Unfortunately, they were out of stock. Despite this setback, I remained open to exploring alternative options. The advisor suggested we visit the "It" cosmetics section, where she provided me with a makeup sponge and encouraged me to apply makeup over my existing makeup. Recognizing the need for a clean base, I kindly requested a makeup remover, which was provided.
Together, we tried two different foundation products in different shades, and finally found one that seemed suitable. However, to my dismay, this product was also out of stock. I then suggested considering a different brand, but the advisor informed me that she had an appointment and could not assist me further.
Left on my own, I attempted to find a suitable foundation match while observing the store's helpers engaged in social conversations with eachother. It is my humble opinion that this store would benefit from improved management to ensure better customer service and better Product Stock.

The General Manager (I think his name was Josh?) greeted me as soon as I came in and came right over to help me with my pickup order. He was very personable and kind. In addition my order was extremely well packaged and everything was correct and in great condition. Thank you to the Easley Ulta Team!

In my journey of hair salons, I am glad to have found Ulta. It was my first time here using the salon. I was greeted by the smile and friendly hello of Sierrah, my stylist. She was fantastic. Made me feel comfortable and heard. The experience was a joined collaboration. She understood my hair needs, and I saw her vision. She made me laugh and made me feel like I had been going to her for years. Thank you so much..

Sierrah, one of the stylists, did my hair so well! She gave me a little trim and redid my layers, and then she styled my hair. She did so well! I have already rebooked and look forward to my next appointment!
