The newest antics at the Easley Tractor Supply are the employees are lying about the orders, trying to steal the merchandise I paid for. Some extremely snotty young man insisted that I didn't order and pay for my cat food. Then he refused to give me his name after I asked for it 5 times. There is an employee Tom who appeared to be coercing this employee and egging on this outrageous and deceitful behavior. They should BOTH be fired. They closed out the curbside pickup order and insisted I hadn't ordered the merchandise even though it was on every order. Thankfully my daughter was able to go into the store and find an honest employee. There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for this behavior...not to mention what it does to employee morale. Update: the manager, Alfred, called me and told me that the employees name was Timothy. Alfred said Timothy was one of his best employees. I think it is time for Alfred to be fired as well if he is defending his lying and stealing employees. There are some good people that work at the Easley store. Alfred, Tom and Timothy are NOT on that list. It is beyond pitiful that Alfred is defending deceitful employees to r regular paying customers.

Purchased club cadet lawnmower . When delivered had no booklet or line hoses .ect package. Ask delivery person none was sent. Went in two times ..called 2 times they said lost in store.... Manager Alfred could have helped.. But said ladys mother in hospital and she would have to do. I have purchased 2 other club cadets from greenville dealer had wonderful service. Lost package should have been store responsibility not mine.

Needed bandage for a dog that helps prevent chewing. Went to PetSmart first obviously for pets. They have no bandages or rats whatsoever. Not only did the tractor supply have them. When I called they had them up front waiting for me. When I ride they also gave me some advice that I did not know walking in. Everyone has a smile on their face and extremely nice. I love tractor supply and I love the people who work there

Easley, SC Tractor Supply is great! I love using curbside pickup for a 40 lb bag of sunflower seed. The employees are always helpful and kind.

There’s this worker her name is Ella Tay. The absolute best she was nice to me and showed me the discounts! She helped me out a lot. Her so called “manager” tho was no where to be seen and when I seen her one time out of my 30 min time there. She had an attitude and was disrespectful to her coworker. Ella did nothing wrong but trying to help a customer. But Ella Tay was the best worker I’ve had so far. Thank you for the ducks Ella
