We have taken our grandkids to Easley Home Depot for 2 of the kids workshops , I signed up for the one on April 1st our grandsons we're not able toattend so we went to pick up their craft as stated on website " come pick yours up today " only to be told that we couldn't. We we were told they needed to make sure they had en for the walk ins although I had signed up. The r of the employee in charge of the kids workshop was not appreciated nor was it the first time we had been spoken to in that manner . I do not recommend anyone taking their children or grandchildren here for their workshops for an alternative I would recommend Lowes the employee who is in charge of the workshops truly has the sweet kind attitude for the job. This experience left a bad taste in our mouth and we gladly drove the distance to make our lawn and garden purchases from Lowes.

I wouldn't shop at this Home Depot due to the fact this one has hired MULTIPLE pedophiles. They use to have a boy there named Avery, thankfully he has quit, but he had actions with a newly 16 year old when he was 20. Now there's the employee who still work there named Kejuan who as a 20 year old IS having actions with a 16 year old. You'd think this store might look into their employees a little better

The guys down at the Easley home Depot rental center, are simply some of the best and nicest to work with... Always very helpful and very friendly! I rented their five times in the past 3 months and it's always a great experience..

I went in Home Depot looking for an item. That the app said there were 12 in stock. Couldnt find any. Had a saleperson look, with no success. Went home and ordered the item thru the app, and they had to cancel my order because there were none in store. But it was showing 12 in stock? Had to goto 3 different stores, just to get the item. 2 stores showed item in stock, but nothing there.... WoW...

Usually I have a great time in this store. Usually the staff are courteous and friendly. To the young light skinned girl at customer service. Don't ask a customer if you can help them then immediately answer the phone and bark at me to hold on. To the young gentleman at the same desk with curly hair, you should have her job.

Home Depor is the most poor company I think I have ever had to deal with. We paid for $10,000 worth of carpet and had problems from the get go with communication. We were told this and that with scheduling and never a phone call. we ordered our carpet on 10?24/21 and the installer showed up today and said he couldn't do the job bc there were trinkets still on furniture that could be easily moved by my husband. My home is in disarray right at this moment and I am furious. My husband took two vacation days to help move things and now we have my daughters room with no carpet after they ripped it up and nothing is there now. I am furious and would never suggest doing business with them. They take your money and then you are made to seem like they do not care what inconvenience you have been put in.

Not knowledgeable about the product (DeWalt mowers) did not sell what was advertised (6’x12’ trailer with 2 mowers) they gave me a 5’x10’. Also Did not receive keys for mowers…

so we had an order to be delivered last Wednesday. although the pandemic is going on and there are shortages, we were patient. delivery order was so far off I cant begin to express our frustration. David at the pro desk did everything possible to make it happen. his hands were tied due to product shortage and lack of drivers. This place is horrible. They will charge your card three times!!! Costing $1,000.00 and then tell you oh well and for you to figure it out yourself. So obviously they do not care about their customers nor anyone for that matter. The customer service was unprofessional and she told us it was not her problem nor concern about it.

We were trying to find a plumbing piece for our bathroom. My hubby found it at Lowes and tried calling them to find out if they had them in stock in the store. After 4 unsuccessful attempts to speak with someone we contacted Home Depot in Easley and spoke with Chris, the customer service supervisor. He not only looked up what we needed but also double checked they had them in the store and another set for the bath/shower combo in our other bathroom. He also went out of the way to find out if there were any other brands of the same item and any other colors. Nice guy. Kudos to him and thank you to him for his help. Home Depot will be our go to store for house repair needs.
