Just got was told to leave Staples in Easley, SC because my dog "has to be in a cart". Not sure how a one legged man is supposed to get a 100 lbs dog up into a cart and I am not leaving my dog in the car in 100 degree heat so I will make my purchase from Amazon.

Chris and Ryan are angels. I had some documents and customer who needed help getting them to me. These two gentlemen went above and beyond for no reason other than it was their jobs. So thank you from the bottom of my heart you really helped more than you realize.

With the help of the knowledgeable lady in the Copier Corner, I was able to make a Happy Return and send a package via UPS. Then swiftly picked up needed office supply items and with the assistance of the young man at the cash register, I was quickly on my way!

I own a business and have to open by 10am on Saturdays. I ordered a device to help me with sales and the website said they open at 9 on Saturdays. I got there a few minutes before 9 only to learn they open at 10 on Saturdays. Google even shows the store had updated their hours just 2 weeks ago which is where I got the opening at 9.

I shop Staples often, great selection and prices but I will avoid this particular employee in the future.

I tried this store and shipped a box to GA. The box looked like someone was playing soccer with it! Luckily I over wrapped the items and everything got there in one piece.

Brought in a large printing job. The machines were not working properly. We had three employees helping us through the process. They were all wonderful. Polite, helpful and made sure the job was correct.

Not a great experience. I needed assistance with how to make copies of a document and was met with an attitude of zero passion to help. While I'm not a very "techy" person I would think the employees here would be. No gripes about the service, just the lack of helpfulness to assist (or at least try) and help for the customer. I won't be back
