We have used S+C for years for repair body work on our better vehicles b/c we know it will be done P E R F E C T L Y. We like there new location. a few miles from the original. We recommend to anyone.

I had an incredible experience with Smith and Chiles. Tray worked on my car, to perfection. He restored it to look like a new car. It’s my second experience, but won’t be my last. They’re really the best, and I’m not easily impressed

After my husband went over my car with a fine tooth comb, too many things wrong! Have 2 take it back plus no gas was put in my car after they test drove it 20 miles. Of course I called about that & he is going 2 give me money when I return. I used them about 40 yrs ago & that's I had my car to them. But service & repairs seemed to not met my standards!?

I took my wife’s car to get some body damage fixed. These guys are jam up !Very professional and did a fantastic job and fixed in a few days. This will always be my go -to body shop!

Had my wife's brand new SUV towed to Smith and Chiles, that she had wrecked. Great customer service and outstanding work. With all the automotive industry for getting parts right away is far and between, but they pulled it off with OEM parts. We couldn't be happier!

Took vehicle in for replacement of sunroof with UV glass or comparable plexiglass. Tray, service man, decided cardboard, clear plastic and yellow duck tape was just the fix, did it without my permission and wanted $100. To which I tore it off and left with my keys. Scammers and liars. They promise one thing and do a backassed other. Wish I had photo but I was so shocked and upset. They treat women with patronization and disrespect.
