I went in to buy the most advertised electric recliner on line for $575.00. When I got there of course they were out. I was desperate for a chair because I just recently had femur surgery as well as a hip replacement. I was in so much pain I would have bought anything. So I bought a $1,000.00 lift recliner. Realizing that this was not the recliner I needed or wanted. Within 5 hours of purchase I called and left message about my concerns and asked for them to come and pick up my recliner. I wanted a bigger recliner and was willing to pay difference. 1st, rip of chair cheap, cheap. No one would call me back and ignored me. Customer satisfaction not a big concern to them. Word of mouth is a big deal breaker for me know a lot of peoples. Do what’s right. Carma will bite you in the butt. Just wait.

Very nice sales people and owner. Furniture in showroom seems top quality. We purchased a recliner...will definitely go back when other items needed.

I was bombarded with a sales associate as soon as I walked in. I had a few furniture pieces that I had in mind to look at. I was so uncomfortable with the sales lady gawking at me and pressuring me that I wanted to hurry out of there. From my short time there, I was not impressed with the quality of the furniture.

We recently bought a sofa from these guys and not only love the quality, but how it looks with the rest of our decor! Gretchen (one of the sales people) and Mr. Walker went out of their way to make sure my husband and I were happy with our purchase. This will be our go-to place in the future when we need more furniture or a mattress. Customer service is their number one priority!
