I made an online "app" order for delivery because I had plans for my entire day off. This is not something I normally do but it really would've helped me this particular day. I made my way back home to be able to accept my delivery. The driver pulled up and I assisted him removing my items, VERY nice young man and my complaint does not lay with him. I noticed I was missing several items as I was putting them away, about $75 worth. I called my local Sam's and IMMEDIATELY understood that the young lady I was speaking was miserable that she even had to be at work. I explained the situation and her first reply was "Sooo are you going to come down here and pick it up oorrrrr? I was kind of speechless and she responded "are you there", I said yes and "I have just paid a delivery fee to have these delivered because I didn't have time to shop in person and NOW I have to come down there and pick up my order anyway?" She replied "or we can just give you your money back, up to you" she began to say something else and I said never mind and thanked her and hung up. I drove 20 minutes to Sam's and low and behold the first person I speak to is the woman from the phone call. She rolled her eyes and said "you hung up on me", I assume not knowing that this was as "nice" as I was going to be during that phone call. She directed me to another young lady which questioned me and ran around trying figure out how she can prove that I'm lying about not getting my order. She would pop back up every now and then with a question like "did you happen to take a picture of your groceries before taking them inside?" I am not usually in the habit of photographing my groceries so I replied, "no ma'am I didn't". After almost an hour of me standing there and they had exhausted every attempt at trying to prove that I'm a total piece of trash and I had stolen what I had already paid for, a young man walked up to me which I had not seen before, and directed me to the customer service counter where I was to see a lady that had my order. I walked over there and this lady hardly spoke a word, just completely pissed off because she genuinely believed I was there to get free stuff. She finally scanned my items and said "sorry bout that" and turned and walked away. Not a smile, or a single concern for how much of a waste of time this was for me. These people GENUINELY felt like I had received my order and was there to steal extra items. WORST experience I have had in a very long time. I'm not sure where the issue began or what actually happened to my order but I don't really care because it's not my issue to deal with, but I was forced to absorb every ounce of that problem and it won't happened again for me. I'll shop somewhere else. I'm not even sure I want to blame any of these employees because they are probably miserable with their job and are probably over worked and underpaid by this company.

Will not be shopping at the Easley Sam's club again! One of the seniors who walks around the checkout lines talked my wife in to signing up for a Sam's credit card and signed her up on the spot and had her pay for her purchases using the new account. My wife doesn't have a job!! They told her they would use MY income and approved a $7,000 credit line in MY name!!!! This will negatively affect my credit score!! I am closing the account today! I work in Greenville so if I need something from Sam's I'll shop at the Greenville store. Of course they might do the same crap. I might even cancel my Sam's account all together and switch to Cosco

When the lady is there it's 5.0 otherwise the man who work there are RUDE and act like they hate the world ! How DARE you speak to them. I barely go there anymore because of it !
