Had a truck tire go down right in the parking lot, and was able to get it to the doors. Junior helped me fix my flat, and got the spare tire put on right away. He checked the pressure in my spare, and filled it up. What a great guy, and great service. Made sure everything was tight and torqued down to let me drive away safely. Thank you so much Junior !!

My wife and I ordered a set of tires online for her car. We had the tires sent to this store. On January 26th she brought her car in to have the tires installed. It was a 6 o'clock appointment. Her and my daughters were there past store hours waiting.Now today, which is January 29th I walk around my wife's car to find one of the four tires installed the wrong direction. Called Toyota where my wife's car gets serviced. It's $50 for them to dismount and remount the tire.Sam's only had one older gentleman working. First off that's not safe for him. Then this employee installs a tire incorrectly. The side wall of the tire says, "outside" or "inside". Even if you look at the tread pattern you can notice one tire is not oriented the same. This is a display of an incompetent, understaffed, complacent employee. THIS IS UNSAFE and a waste of my time and money. I WILL NEVER let another Sam's employee touch one of my vehicles.

Tyler and Wyatt were great when I came to buy and install a tire. They were fast and gave great customer service.
I had no issues.
Update: Brennan was absolutely incredible and so helpful in explaining everything!!!

I like the program they offer on their tires but at this specific sam's they are understaffed and just don't have good customer service. You can't even get ahold of anyone in the tire department (and this is after trying every day for a week straight). Then the tires I order have no ETA to the store.

Managment is just poor, especially Kim in tire & battery. She is rude to all of her customers and does not know how to speak to employees. I always see her sitting around eating instead of helping her workers. Sams club also illegally fired an employee while he was on a medical (injury) leave and that is taking on other actions as we speak. Tire and battery is also about to be in very critical condition due to each employee looking or waiting for other job responses. I also have found hair in my food and under cooked food which you can only imagine how a pregnant women like me handled that situation, witnessed mice run through isles. Some workers will touch you in very inappropriate ways. When reported... nothing was done. They also gave out a fake corporation phone number to cover their own illegal tracks. PLEASE HELP TAKE ACTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were members at Costco but decided to try SAMS since this one is much closer to us than driving to the Greenville Costco. My husband always wants a hotdog when we shop here so usually we both get a combo and 'people watch' for a few minutes while we eat a hotdog. About 1/2 the time, this SAMS Cafe, will NOT have onions for their hotdogs. I don't understand this. There are CRATES & CRATES OF ONIONS, of one kind or another, in the produce section. Why do they not keep them in the cafe for the hotdogs? This isn't at night at closing time nor is it five minutes after opening. This is somewhere between 11am - 2pm when we go so why, so often, do they not have any onions? Yeah, yeah, I know...for that price what do I expect. But for hotdogs??? For hotdogs ... I expect onions.

However we were just in there and was looking at the hamburger meat. I told a young worker there with the meat it was bad. It was dark. It’s been there awhile! He got a a tray and appeared he was changing it but it was either the same bad meat or other bad meat. I went and told a lady that worked there. she was gonna say something in the back. Another lady said it was bad too. I don’t want anyone to get sick. We come there all the time. I tried to call the meat DEPT and no answer. Up front no answer so I wanted to let someone know thanks

there are very rude employees there and they deny having Sam Club membership to Walmart employees they are very scraggly have an odor I'm just rude all around I'm very disappointed with this and how they acted and behave especially the ones that customer service they are supposed to help people not be rude to them I had to go to a different Sam's Club just to get my membership I will never come in the store again

They're obviously paying for their google reviews. They're really picking employees from a dumpster fire. Horrible attitudes, horrible service. Go ahead try to call them if you need an example. You're lucky if they pick up and even luckier if they don't have an attitude. Managers stand around with equally useless employees, gossiping while one decent person runs around trying to help every customer. If you interrupt the breakfast club to try and get help, you're going to get an attitude like you just insulted them somehow. Like you paying to be there to spend your money is annoying to them xD
