Service and product were fine.On 9/20/23 at Sam's Club Optical in Easley, SC I paid $150.19 for frames and lenses and was told by Melissa and Jennifer that my Humana Eye Med insurance had already agreed to pay balance of $145.00. Two months later on November 20, I was invoiced $152 by Sam's Club Corporate billing.The charges on the corporate invoice did NOT match up at all with the store receipt of 9/20/23.Eye Med insurance had only paid a small percentage of a price which I was not informed of on 9/20. I am paying the additional unfair invoice for $152 which I should have been aware of on 9/20. I would have gone elsewhere for my glasses. Now I know why Sam's Club Optical is not BBB accredited.John Haltiwanger

We liked the doctor. However, having nice, helpful people that answer the phone would be great! Instead we got a receptionist with curt, short, non helpful answers. Disappointing!
