Where do I start? Your Sams Club in Easley needs attention. The primary issues revolve around the cafe and how it is run and also the cleanliness of the area. For weeks I tried to order a brownie sundae to no avail. Everytime it was the same answer, we don't have brownies. Maybe remove the item from both the menu board and the app, or better yet, doesn't Sam's Club sell brownies? Maybe the manager could go get some from the store or bakery and cost them out so you can offer the items on your menu. It is obvious that the cafe has no manager, or one that does not care about customer care or customer perception. The last time I used the app to order, I stood waiting at the counter for around 5 minutes while the clerk took orders from those in line, despite the fact that I had ordered on the app and waited sometime before going to pick up my food. Today I tried to order from the app and was greeted with the message that the cafe was closed, which clearly it was not as I could see they were open and taking orders. My conclusion? The app ordering was turned off because someone does not like taking orders from it. Today the ice cream machine is broken, again which happens, especially if the machines are the same as at Mickey D's. Also, no mustard. How can you sell hotdogs and not have a primary condiment like mustard? Once again, does the store have mustard for sale? Why doesn't the cafe manager or store manager just go grab some and bring it to the cafe? Simple problems solved with simple solutions. The other issue, the area is never clean. Tables are dirty, the drink station is dirty, the condiments dirty, and usually there is water on the floor from leaking machines, not today however, although the wet floor sign is out just in case. It seems like a management problem. A culture of let someone else do the work, that's not my job. I know hiring is difficult, but maybe staff the store with more workers, and hold them accountable to do their jobs.Rant over, as I eat my hotdog without mustard. In some states, that is a crime.

There is always a line here, so I figured, how bad could it be?Turns out, not too bad! I know why there's a line. The prices! I mean less than $4 for a big slice of pizza, a drink, and a hot dog!The quality is just what you'd expect for that price. Although the hot dog frank was actually pretty good. Unfortunately, the toppings are very slim. Mustard, ketchup, and relish were the only choices I saw.

The one guy that works back there is never a pleasure to be around or order from, very sarcastic and never willing to help or solve a problem. I don’t know why they have him in any kind of customer service position.

Managment is just poor, especially Kim in tire & battery. She is rude to all of her customers and does not know how to speak to employees. I always see her sitting around eating instead of helping her workers. Sams club also illegally fired an employee while he was on a medical (injury) leave and that is taking on other actions as we speak. Tire and battery is also about to be in very critical condition due to each employee looking or waiting for other job responses. I also have found hair in my food and under cooked food which you can only imagine how a pregnant women like me handled that situation, witnessed mice run through isles. Some workers will touch you in very inappropriate ways. When reported... nothing was done. They also gave out a fake corporation phone number to cover their own illegal tracks. PLEASE HELP TAKE ACTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were members at Costco but decided to try SAMS since this one is much closer to us than driving to the Greenville Costco. My husband always wants a hotdog when we shop here so usually we both get a combo and 'people watch' for a few minutes while we eat a hotdog. About 1/2 the time, this SAMS Cafe, will NOT have onions for their hotdogs. I don't understand this. There are CRATES & CRATES OF ONIONS, of one kind or another, in the produce section. Why do they not keep them in the cafe for the hotdogs? This isn't at night at closing time nor is it five minutes after opening. This is somewhere between 11am - 2pm when we go so why, so often, do they not have any onions? Yeah, yeah, I know...for that price what do I expect. But for hotdogs??? For hotdogs ... I expect onions.

They're obviously paying for their google reviews. They're really picking employees from a dumpster fire. Horrible attitudes, horrible service. Go ahead try to call them if you need an example. You're lucky if they pick up and even luckier if they don't have an attitude. Managers stand around with equally useless employees, gossiping while one decent person runs around trying to help every customer. If you interrupt the breakfast club to try and get help, you're going to get an attitude like you just insulted them somehow. Like you paying to be there to spend your money is annoying to them xD

We are a family of only two. So the rotisserie chicken, steak cuts, salad greens and gas. In that order. Occasionally we will get their seasonal items. Oh and the pizza slice and yoghurt ice-cream. We even bought their mattress once, great return policy too. Fortunately the recipient loved it so we didn't have to return it. No-nos are the fruits eg peach, mango. They don't ripen well, are bruised and stay bland til they rot.
