The last time I went to Sally’s the lady was very polite and nice. It’s been over a month or two since I’ve been there. February 25 (yesterday) I went and bought only two things of jet black ion hair dye. But I got rung up for a test tub of purple hair mask for blonde hair. Which is about $10. I didn’t buy it. I didn’t pick it up. But I got rung up for it and didn’t realize until I got home around 11 pm. The lady was nice at first. But seemed as if she didn’t really care after a minute. So tell me why I would need a thing of purple hair mask for blonde hair. (Which is a tester tub of it) when my hair is black?

I had a really nice experience at this store. The employees were friendly and helpful but still gave me space to shop and look around. Store was clean and orderly.

GIVE THAT BABY LOLA A RAISE!!! She answered all of my 100 questions, and did NOT seem annoyed by that at all which was really refreshing considering (I even told her) that I have no knowledge of the hair dying process. She asked every single customer with a smile if they needed help, and if they did, she gladly helped them. And she said she's only in hair school! Lola if you see this, HMU when you get your salon girly! :) BUT they were low on some of my fave ION products!

I don't even want to give this a one star.... I purchased a product online to pickup in the store. Literally in store pickup within an hour of my purchase. Trying to return to the store I purchased it from, my phone number is on the receipt, the store address is on receipt, but because my phone number is not in the system, store can't return without a manager, and guess what, of course no manager working.....all done with Sally.

I tried to return some shears (with my reciept) that I bought 14 days ago and I hadn't opened them and they both told me that I couldn't return them because it was a final sale item. JUST SO YOU ALL KNOW SHEARS ARENT A FINAL RETURN ITEM IT SAYS RIGHT BELOW SHEARS THAT IT CAN BE RETURNED OR GIVEN STORE CREDIT IF YOU HAVE AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT. I read the return policy and went back up to the store desk. To ask them to explain and that's when they allowed me to get store credit. These are two dishonest women who are fine with screwing over their customers.

Just left Sally's in Easley SC, and what a horrible experience! One of the two ladies "working" (propped up at the front counter chit chatting with fellow worker) was very rude and sarcastic. Come on people, kindness cost NOTHING, and if you can't work with the public in a customer service setting, then find a new job!!

The two women working at 2:58 pm in Easley are straight rude. they don’t even like doing their job with helping nor even speaking to a customer. Went to pay and the large paper that said $9.99 next to the hair dye we had picked out rang up at $17.99. sorry that is false advertising and looks like they will be removing the sign today. first time shopping at Sally’s and last. Such a sad experience

The staff is very attentive! I’ve other reviews criticizing lack of stock, not acknowledging that we are in a pandemic and that this location is in a small town.10/10 would shop there again

Horrible experience at Sally’s last night! The shelves were half empty and I wasn’t able to purchase two of the four items I went in there to purchase. The clerk that checked me out was very rude and unfriendly. She would not give me a bag to put my items in. When I asked for a bag, she told me it would cost 15 cents!! I will never give this Sally’s my business ever again.

This Sally's (Easley) hardly ever has anything in stock. I go to Sally's at least once a week and every week when I go this store is out of stock. Their shelves are literally like half empty. It doesn't make any sense. I don't have this problem at any other Sally's.
