I have never had a issue. The staff have been professional. They even call me to let me know when issues come up about my prescriptions.

This review is for HEATHER!!! I had to switch pharmacies and I’m not going to lie, the transition has not been smooth. However, one person has been helpful to me and makes my experience better every time she takes care of me and that person is heather! She is helpful, patient, and i feel truly has my best interest at heart, and I’ll keep coming back as long as she is there. She is a gift, please give her a raise ❤️

I went in to shop and stopped by the pharmacy to ask a question and the pharmacist was going to check on it and get back to me. When she called back, I believe her name was rebecca, she was very short with me. She told me that I had just picked it up, which I had told already told her, if she was listening!?!?! She said call me back in 90 days and I'll give you an answer and I asked why I had to wait 90 days. To which she responded, really nasty and short, well you can have CVS check it for you. She then proceeded to tell me she wasn't going to argue with me. No one arguing but her! NASTY PHARMACIST!!! I won't do busy with a B!!

Normally I enjoy the convenience of getting my prescription filled at this pharmacy, but recently the past two times I came to pick up my prescription it was not ready, despite getting a text notification saying it is ready for pickup. Example; my doctor sent over a prescription at 8 am, I get a text at 11:30 that it is ready, stop by at 4:30 to pickup and they said it would actually be another hour and I came back at 7 and it’s still not ready. I’m never going to be rude to the associates because I’m sure they are busy, but consistency and reliability is key. Hoping my next experience is better.

Called to asked if my prescription was ready or if it was even in stock. Was told price would be $500 because insurance would no longer cover. I asked 2 times if it was submitted to both of my insurance companies. Girl said yes. Called 1 of the insurance companies and they said there has been no claim submitted. Called pharmacy back, talked to someone else. Guess what. They didn’t know I wanted to file with both insurance companies. Reran the process and guess what $0 copay.What if that had of been someone else that did not think to call insurance company to verify and went without their meds because they couldn’t afford them.This kind of misinformation could cause serious harm or even death to someone who relies on their meds to stay alive.

Publix Pharmacy in Easley, SC has the BEST customer service. The entire process of refilling a prescription is extremely easy and quick. We switched pharmacies from a big name store to Publix, and it’s been stress free and a pleasure to do business with.Thank You!

Absolute joke. Been waiting on a prescription for over an hour. Last time I checked they said they hadn't even started working on it. If you really need something, do not go here.

Everybody is absolutely the best staff I’ve ever delt with! Sometimes the line is long but that’s usually not the pharmacy dept fault. But they get everybody taken care of as quickly as possible. JEFF is my all time favorite Pharmacist I’ve ever had! He stops what he’s doing ANYTIME I have a question about anything or if I want to put my 10cents worth in on something he listens n cares about me. Personally-I would go NOWHERE else to get my medicine.

The customer service is not kind, and it is very inconvenient that I can't get my husbands prescriptions refilled on the same day, they always say they are so busy! I don't see how they are any busier than any other pharmacy and they close for lunch for 2 hours?! Very dissatisfied with Publix pharmacy. If I could I would give zero stars.

You must understand what has happened to this pharmacy. The BiLo's in our area shut down, Kmart pharmacy is gone. Most of those customers went to Publix. Add in the nightmare of new guidelines regarding opioids and COVID-19. It's really hard for this tiny pharmacy. Plus, people get angry with the pharmacy when they can't get their pain meds filled when they want. The pharmacy has taken steps to help alleviate some of the problems. Like prepaid prescriptions through the app. Nobody wanted to be bothered (myself included) do that. I've gone to Publix pharmacy since they opened. They are hard working, amazing folks who are forced to follow state and federal regulations. Give them the benefit...they certainly have earned it.

Never had any communication errors; staff has always been quick and informed for me. Honestly I don't know where the low overall rating even came from, it doesn't seem warranted to me.

They NEVER have my medicine ready on time. I switched pharmacies for certain meds that were WAY cheaper and they called my Dr and told him that I wasn't picking up anything ! I had to straighten everything out with my Dr. Thank God he understood.
