“Overall, the USPS has been terrible for a couple of years, I'm not a big fan lol. That being said, you can't ask for a friendlier postal staff that the ones at this location. They have always been great with my family”

“This post office location is the best. I've dealt with them for years and every single employee will go above and beyond to help you. It's hard to take any of these negative reviews seriously, and most of the time people only have something to say when they get upset about something silly. Most have absolutely no clue how dedicated our postal employees are and how hard they work for very little thanks. Every Piedmont, SC resident should consider themselves lucky to have such great people taking care of your mail. Piedmont residents, please make sure we all show our appreciation to all our postal workers for the incredibly important job they do FOR US. They work extremely hard for our community they all deserve our thanks!”

“Recently, I ordered blank checks from my bank to be delivered to my P.O. box. The tracking email showed that they had been delivered late afternoon on 2/13. I stopped by 3 times on 2/14 to check my box and again the morning of the 15th. They weren't there. I was very concerned that they had been placed in the wrong box and my bank account would be compromised. I went to the counter at the Berea post office and the young lady looked and looked, initially to no avail. After quite some time, she and another associate found that my package had slipped down in an area where it couldn't easily be seen. I was so relieved. I know with the volume of mail they get and the speed with which they have to work, items are going to get misplaced sometimes. I was so grateful that the young lady at the counter didn't give up. She kept at it, exhausting all possibilities until the package was found. She could have just given up and said, "oh well" but she didn't. I failed to get her name but I am very grateful!”
