Complete waste of time I called the office looking for work they immediately scheduled me for a plant tour at a local manufac plant close to my house as I was leaving the plant the hr lady instructed me to call Phillips and tell them we were ready to move forward after I called back and reported what I heard they said "we can't just take your word for it" then when I asked if they could call and verify the lady said "that's not my job" mind you it was only 2pm then she goes " hopefully you hear something from them Monday" as if it's not actually her job fast forward to Monday I arrived early for a orientation they completely disregarded everything I already had on file said I gave them the wrong social and I would have to start over even after I showed them the correct info then I was asked to leave and told they didn't want to do business with me all because of a clerical error and someone not wanting to do their job I hope this helps people in the future they may have helped some folks but they are a complete joke I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I've been out of the work loop for awhile due to unfortunate situations concerning law enforcement and had been trying to get a nice paying job position since the whole COVID pandemic.. Needless to say Phillip staying deserves every one of the five star rating I gave them because despite my short comings they came threw for me in such a major way with a high paying starting position at a well known business paying weekly!! Within a three day span I am back to work and loving it!! They have a friendly staff of caring people ready and willing to take care of your needs.. Phillips Staffing doesn't just feel like a staffing service to me they feel like family and can come to my dinner table any Thanksgiving or Sunday dinner.. Thanks you guys and keep up the good work!!!!

If you are in the Easley area and looking for a job this is the place to go! This business is super professional and the people who work at Phillips Staffing really care about their job! They were able to find me a job and get me working in less than 48 hours. ( on two separate occasions.) I wish more business operated like them !!!

This staffing agency decent. It is to large though. Has many applicants and many companies. Which makes the environment and atmosphere of this staffing agency very uncomfortable. They make you feel so disposable since they have so many people to choose from. They cattle you around having you do hours of paper work and videos (not paid!!) Jumping threw there hoops. Wish they had proper competition to make them have to treat people better. Not places like steel toe (there just plain awful). Similiar to Philips staffing but more employee oriented. They care more about the companies they staff for than the people they send to them. We are the workers we are the most powerful components in any business. These places act like we need them as they sit up on there peddstool deciding who get to work and where. But the truth is they need us and if people stopped going there they would have to do better or go out of business. But they count on you sheeple to come regardless how they treat you because your probably desperate in need of a job.

This is a great place to get a job through. I felt so welcomed and cared about. They really do want to help you get a job! The process was a bit time consuming, but it was worth it.
