We've been a customer for over 4 years and had a wonderful experience. Easy access in and out, well-kept and affordable. Trey was great to work with! From day one, he makes you feel like you are an old friend! He was attentive to our needs when we moved in and when we moved out.The storage facility was safe and secure. There was never a problem of any kind. Billing and payments were done flawlessly. When it was time to move out, that process was also pleasant and easy for us. We highly recommend.

Gate is always down. Don't mind taking money or upping the rent but can't get things when I want them or need them. Very rude every time I have had to call about this issue because the so called email he said he sent somehow never gets to my email. He said"i don't have business with you, you have business with us" because I said I can't close my business just to make an appointment to get my things during the hours that are allowed. And not on weekends, when I would be able to. Will be moving to a place that is considerate and will have someone available to open the gate during normal business hours at any given time, not only with an appointment.Update: now they are raising the rent for the second time in a year. I'm so done here.

Really good facility, professionally run by nice people, and is reasonably priced and convenient to Easley and Greenville. What more can you ask for? Will use again and highly recommended!

I've been with this storage company for 2+ years. They have made several improvements and the pricing is very reasonable. Would definitely recommend using this location for Easley, Pickens, Greenville (White Horse Rd Area). Always courteous and they keep you informed when equipment has issues. They are always on top of it trying to ensure the customer has a great experience. Strongly Recommend!

Very convenient. 24 hour access gated facility. Will definitely work with your storage needs. Gave me an upgraded larger unit for the price of a smaller unit due to availability of the unit i needed. Staff was always professional and friendly. Would definitely rent another unit in the future if needed.

Amazing service. Brought my grandmother's old furniture to store with Out-O-Space Storage. We were nervous because she passed away and the items being stored were family heirlooms. Originally, we rented a unit that was too small. Upon contacting them, they immediately upgraded our rental to a larger unit. The downpours we had never affected the items in storage and we never had any pest problems. When the time came, we were able to clear out our items and cancel our rental with no issues. I would highly recommend Out-O-Space Storage to anybody.
