Went for an oil change and asked them to check one of my tires that I had seen a screw in ( I had not lost any air and had been in tire over a month) the guy comes and says I need 2 tires because I have 6 nails in one and 2 in the other. Then says it will be $615.00 . I left and went to a family friend who does tires that I trust and they only had to replace one tire that had 1 nail in it in the sidewall and the other had a screw that was superficial and hadn’t punctured so no need to fix. I spent 136 as opposed to the quoted 615 . I will never go back to this place taking advantage of me for whatever reason is unacceptable.

Jeep Emissions Recall "service" I did not receive this service. It was a complete hassle the whole process start to finish. For a month I was always told to call next week by Cowboy and Max. The third week I called and someone different outside of those mechanics informed me that my parts wasn't on order because " I did not have an appointment ". I explained my situation and I was told to make an appointment . I made the appointment and the parts were on order. It took 2 days for the parts to come in after my appointment was made. I came in on Monday morning April 24th 2023 and I will be able to pick it up on Tuesday and have Wednesday blocked off just in case . I called twice on Tuesday the 25th no response and no updates. I called today the 25th which is the latest. They haven't even started. I picked up my car and that wasn't a great experience. My problem isn't that it's taking this long . My problem is the lack of communication. Though this process. If I was going to take longer tell your customers don't have them play the waiting game . Pros : Nice customer service on the phone . The lady that takes payment was extremely nice and was the only one that gave me updates . Cons : The maintenance team isn't accountable. This company will not provide any rental assistance even if it's beyond the promise time .

They sell cars as "CPO" which are not. True CPO cars have a warranty FROM THE MANUFACTURER, not some Mickey Mouse "inspection" by the dealer. Don't fall for this scam. If they are lying about this, what else are they lying about?

Hands down the worst sales experience we have had buying a car. we have visited 9 dealers in two days. and they were the worst by a long shot. brant was great very easy to deal with, but once it changed hands to a manger straight down hill. gives a speech on how they are a family dealer etc etc. turned out to be complete bullshit. Told us We had to take the high rate deal because that's there policy and the other company declined us. But yet that company is who we used to purchase the vehicle a hour later. Straight up lied to us. We ended up going to hovart Chevy right down the road and got true customer service. completely took care of us gave us a better deal and all around not a single problem. we have about 7 different dodges as a family and we wouldnt even take our vehicle to them for service now.

Josh gave me great service while purchasing a 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Very professional and the finance manager Hunter explained my options clearly.

I bought a 2021 F150 with 11k miles on Jan 27, Feb 12 the truck left me stranded 3 hours away from home. I've contacted Rod, the salesmen that sold me the truck, he then pushed me over to the GM Wesley (Wes) Keller. Wes told me "you bought a truck, there's nothing I can do. You can bring it back when it's fixed and trade it if you'd like." I'm now without a vehicle, that I'm making payments on. This was my very first car/truck buying experience, and I'm sad to say I used McKinney Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram & Mazda. Please dont make the same expensive mistake I did.

Look no further than McKinney Dodge for all your car needs. This dealership boasts Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, and Mazda vehicles, so there's a ton of inventory. The salesmen are very personable and knowledgeable- they even go attend yearly trainings hosted by Chrysler. To date the most helpful sales person I have worked with is Mike Henry. Mike has been with McKinney Dodge for about 20 years so he is very knowledgable about cars and how to get the most bang for your buck. Furthermore, Mike is very happy go lucky and he'll make it feel like you're buying a car from a friend! Additionally the service department at McKinney is not too shabby. The service department will work with you to mitigate any vehicular issues and help to ensure your car is safe to drive! Pro tip is to schedule your service department visit two weeks out to ensure you'll get the best appointments.

Let me start this by stating that the dealings I had with the sales rep, Chris C., were just fine. Nice guy knowledgeable, easy to talk with. And since all cars are in such short supply, we all know that price drops are out of the question. At least McKinney didn't have ADM. I had saved enough, plus the trade in, to allow me to buy the car outright, without the need of a loan. The sales rep and the "sales manager" both told me that McKinney policy was that I had to take a loan on the car as a condition of the sale. Strange business policy, isn't it? After that it was all downhill, and as usual, it was all with the finance department. This is the fifth time in a row that the finance department of a dealership has cast a pall over the "experience". In the past 8 years, we have encountered a rude finance person (Mazda), a rude/lazy/petulant finance person (BMW), a dishonest finance person (Mazda) and finally an extremely officious finance person (McKinney Mazda). I'll spare the details, but the initial dealings with the finance person were within earshot of the "sales manager", who immediately put his head down and pretended not to notice. He obviously had no intention of asserting any authority. He later found the time to disappear until I left the dealership. The problem I had with the finance person could have been rectified by me, without her interference. And remember that my dealing with the finance person should have been confined to me saying "no" to all the costly marvelous add-ons and "insurances" that are peddled in that office, then saying goodbye. In any case, this time was the only time that McKinney Mazda would ever see me, unless it is for warranty service. I can hardly wait.

Set up a appointment to have my bumper sensors checked. Set the appointment up 2 week prior so that I could wait with the vehicle. Arrived on time and the service advisor said I would have to leave it 2 or 3 days for them to check it. I told him I have a appointment to have it looked now. He said that I have an appointment to see a service advisor and to it would be 3 days before a mechanic could look at it. I left and I'm taking my business to Benson. This would be like making an appointment with receptionist to a doctor 3 days later. Pay over $80,000 for a truck, you should get better service.

Started the buying process online with this dealership and ended up driving there from Alabama because of well organized and polite the staff was. Jarvis H first reached out to me online to find out exactly what car/trim level I wanted and he was able to track one down. I was then followed up by John Reeves who got me the car I wanted at a great price. John also made the purchasing process so easy that after hours of driving there, he made sure all the paperwork was in line so I was in and out in no time. Also I want to point out that this dealership and staff are very upfront with their pricing so there's no hidden fees or surprises when you go in. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase from the McKinney group and would highly recommend purchasing a new vehicle from them!

I consider myself a loyal customer. I bought my jeep there and have all my services done there as well. I went in for an oilchange and front end alignment. I was told I would be there an hour to an hour and a half. I was there 3 hours. Then I was told that al of my lugnuts were blown. How can every logout be blown. It costed 120 dollars. I didn't understand because mckinney services my tires theu are thr only one who touches them so they blew out the lugnuts!:I have talked to several mechanics including my husband. They said no way that every lugnut was blown out. I believe I was taken advantage of because I was a woman! Tires and power train for life isn't worth being ripped off. Also after all of my service appointments I get a review in my email. I didn't get it this time because I do believe they knew I was upset!

We took the cx5 in to check jittery brakes and change oil. They found a problem with brakes and fixed it in half the time quoted. I expected a higher cost, but was pleasantly surprised to hear the total. Brakes are much better. Gonna use them again.

Was in process of Buying a used jeep from a young sales lady by the name of Summer Hill who was very helpful and friendly. This process was over two days. An offer was made to me which I accepted over the phone. Once I arrived to complete the deal, the sales manager, Wes, came out and told us that there was a mistake on there end and he could not honor the price and it would be about $2500 higher than expected. He was very rude and we ended up walking out. Also there were multiple listing mistakes on this vehicle, biggest of all was marked 4x4 on window when it was actually a RWD car. Would not do business here again and would tell all my friends not too either. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!i

Do not go to McKinney Dodge. They don't care about their customer. You can not do business online with them. You have to be in person. I have someone their looked at a car. They worked the figures up on the car. He had to leave and go get something to eat because he is a diabetic. The car us sold. When he tried to call back. He was told I have someone in front of me. I don't have time to talk to you.
