They do not accept credit cards for payment. So if you are out of town visitor, don’t use them! Your car will never leave their lot until you fly to Greenville, rent a car, and drive to their lot and give them cash. Just to have your car moved to be fixed. But hey, they are making serious money on storage fees every day. Why in the world would a Easley police officer have them respond to an accident is beyond me!

Had my car towed a while ago, another tow company picked up my car by mistake through carelessness. However Mr. Gene was very polite and helpful through the whole process. Much appreciated, would recommend them.

This man was very hateful. I don't know how he has a business. People have made good comments but I'm sure it's people he knows. They are very expensive. $236 to move 2 miles. Then added $36 more cause we were not there first thing. Get there and I was $6 short and he would not work with me at all and then lied about he couldn't cause of the owner and when I asked to speak to owner he was out of town and couldn't call him. I hope his little escalade has to get towed and has to go threw this. I was 4 hours away from home and came to hell get my son's car but I guesshe didn't like the way we looked. I woild never suggest this place to anyone.

I've been using his towing services for more than 18 years and never ever been disappointed. The owner gene McCall has always picked up and delivered cars/trucks/motorcycles/atvs/vans/etc on time and damage/drama free I've always relied on him to handle any situation that could possibly happen and he has always handled it professionally be it a vehicle or people problem. I would recommend him to anyone who wants the job handled promptly and professionally he won't blow sunshine up your skirt and will tell you the truth.

I was very grateful to them for being so courteous to me after my wreck. The man that runs it is very nice. The only downside was that, the need for their services was because my jeep was totalled and I had to go clean it out. 😞

After a month of trying to call this man to get my car out of his junk yard (that's what it looks like) he finally picked up the phone to only tell me my car had been repossed with all my possessions in it and the tag still on it. He hung up on me 4 times because he didn't like being told that he can't run his business. Would never EVER recommend this place to anybody. Also don't expect him to ever answer your call. He deserves a NEGATIVE STAR.
