“I came in just to try out a puffy mattress to see if it was worth buying. I walked in and ran into Dave, who was extremely helpful but not pushy. I found what I wanted and ended up deciding I actually like the puffy mattress. I could have left and ordered it online. After talking to Dave and having a conversation with him about everything under the sun, I made the decision to buy from him. Once it arrived, he delivered it even when his store was closed. He can set it up and talked for a bit before heading home. He made it worthwhile for me, and I will visit again even if nothing more than to talk.”

“I went in to buy the most advertised electric recliner on line for $575.00. When I got there of course they were out. I was desperate for a chair because I just recently had femur surgery as well as a hip replacement. I was in so much pain I would have bought anything. So I bought a $1,000.00 lift recliner. Realizing that this was not the recliner I needed or wanted. Within 5 hours of purchase I called and left message about my concerns and asked for them to come and pick up my recliner. I wanted a bigger recliner and was willing to pay difference. 1st, rip of chair cheap, cheap. No one would call me back and ignored me. Customer satisfaction not a big concern to them. Word of mouth is a big deal breaker for me know a lot of peoples. Do what’s right. Carma will bite you in the butt. Just wait.”
