The store is a good experience with employees always willing to help in every department, unlike other stores. Customers report great experiences finding deals on tools and receiving tremendous help with loading heavy, cumbersome materials and arranging delivery. I needed a circular saw & Lowe's had a deal on Dewalt tools. I purchased 2 Dewalt batteries and received the circular saw for free. I already own Dewalt tools, so the battery deal was great!
