You're probably looking at this review because you have a Tesla with body damage in the SC Upstate or surrounding areas. Do yourself a favor and bring your car here. Quick in-person quote and thorough look over conducted by Jock (owner). Very personable and answered all my questions. Scheduled repairs and submitted everything to insurance very quickly. Repairs were completed in the time frame discussed and on-budget. These guys communicated well over email, but it's hard to get them on the phone (they're busy!). I also paid extra for Jock to add a trailer hitch to my Model Y that I paid for seperately. Very seemless process and they have much better turn around and lead times than Tesla's shop in Charlotte, plus no drive if you're in the SC Upstate. And I would imagine dealing with Jock White is better than dealing with Tesla. It's unfortunate you have to be in an accident to deal with these guys, because it was a pleasure! I hope I never have to return, but if I do I know I'll be dealing with professionals.

You could not ask for a friendlier bunch.
What I most appreciated was the personal effort and thought that went into diagnosing and repairing/adjusting the falcon wing rear doors of my Tesla that were misaligned and not opening and closing properly.
I do not believe that a paint-by-numbers (only follow the protocol in the repair manual) approach would have yielded the same results. Instead, they were willing to think outside the box and provide a repair without immediately suggesting replacement of costly parts.
Can’t recommend them highly-enough!

Jock White made my experience so easy! Its a nuisance to have someone damage your car unexpectedly, however Jock White's customer service and precise repair work made my experience so much better. I highly recommend them!

Our Tesla was rear ended 45 days after purchasing it and Jock White was conveniently located near Greenville. We were happy with Jock's communication, personal service, and repairs. We would recommend him for this type of work.
Overall disappointment with Tesla in availability of repair parts. It took a total of 4 months from assessment to repaired vehicle. 2 months waiting on parts to drop off the car, 2 more for getting the additional parts required and repairs. I don't blame any of this on Jock but think it's worth mentioning because even with these delays, he managed the process efficiently as well as our expectations.

Jock White Collision was the best car repair experience I have ever had! As one of few Tesla approved shops in the region I was not sure what to expect. I was literally brought to near tears by the high level of professionalism, integrity, and compassion. If you need any body repairs on your Tesla or other cars, don’t go anywhere else!!! Awesome experience with Jock and his team. All were very courteous and professional and the shop looked more like an Apple Store than a body shop, very neat and clean. They did an outstanding job and it was very fast considering I had damage in multiple areas on my car. I would highly recommend them over any shop anywhere in the Upstate. I drove from Spartanburg and it was worth the extra drive. Thanks again Jock!

Quickly repaired my Tesla Model 3 and had it back to me in 2 days. Amazing customer service , great communication, and very knowledgeable on Tesla vehicles. Highly Recommend using Jock White! They even vacuumed out my messy floors!!
