I waited at the window for over 20 minutes, I just figured they were busy but my husband ran in and grabbed a drink while I was waiting and there was Noone at the counter but the two pharmacy people standing there talking. My husband went to the counter and told a lady named Caroline that I was waiting at the window and she had the audacity to huff and walk away. She came to the window and acted like doing her job was a problem. She seriously needs an attitude adjustment. If she's so unhappy with her job then she needs to go somewhere else or get fired. I'm about ready to take my business back to CVS.

My goodness i just had a very bad experiencehere. Caroline Davis a pharmacy technician took over 30 minutes to help me and was so rude!

the manager is not good and not wanted to help people. but two mangers there is the best manager ever. Thanks for your help and understand mr Shane Austin and Mike Fowler. Yall are the best manager. They deserve a raise and reward

This is my new favorite place to shop for groceries. I have to admit I haven't shopped here enough yet to know if the prices "down the aisles" are competitive with other grocery stores in the area. I'm still shopping in the right end of the building. The produce selection is amazing! AND the olive bar!! Just wow. And since the hubby is a major cheese lover, the huge cheese selection is wonderful. I love serving charcuterie boards so this is a nice surprise just right up the street from where we are currently living.

Moved so we changed our scripts from Easley to this pharmacy. Been there a month and so many issues. Called today to get other half of prescription of my husband's. A man answered first and said, in showed he picked up 90 on 10/5. Sir that's not correct. Then you need to call the ingles in Easley. I called ingles in Easley and they said we are showing you picked up 54 pills of 90 and they see the same thing we do. I called Ingles on Highway 8 again and Carol answered. She said my husband picked up 7 pills. I said, I've gotten 2 different answers both times I've called. Which is it? She proceeded to hang up on me. Carol, you will not see us in your store ever again! We will be going back to Ingles in Easley. It's worth the drive to have the great service.
