1 because 0 is an option. Customer service sucks! Always having to take food back or throw away because it's bad. Expensive, don't check expiration dates . Meat 3 lbs had plastic mixed through and they didn't care, nor did the corporate office!

Today for the FOURTH time Rachel Johnson threatened me. Even came around her desk rushing towards me to “handle the issue” she has not only cussed me out but made me feel worthless. I have reported this issue four times now. I have also watched Rachel fight another pharmacy employee in the middle of the store. Way to go ingles.

Such a weird pharmacy. They’re so rude and always say they’re having issues with my new insurance even though i haven’t changed my insurance in a year. One time the pharmacist completely confused me with a different person, didn’t ask for my birthday or any kind of personal information just tried to give me someone else medication and it took me like 5 minutes to convince her she had the wrong person. Finally she asked for my name and birthday and then apologized, it was so awkward.

The ladies are always helpful when it’s time to get my shots that my doctor recommends. I always ask if there’s a sugar cube substitute, lol.

I will never have anything filled there. The lady pharmacist Rachel is extremely rude and raised her voice at me when i called to see if they got my prescription, so I told her please don't raise your voice speak to me in that manner, so she didn't like me saying that and refused to fill my medicine and sent it back to my doctor office. My doctor then called to see why, she was very rude to him as well to the point he hung up on her this is uncalled for and shouldn't have happened just because maybe she's having a bad day, this by far is the worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy it's mind blowing how mean and rude she was.

First time here- visiting from RI Went through produce looking for radicchio (none found) and I was coming towards the deli where a man in the Ingles shirt was standing next to the deli meat counter- not only was he staring at me and every other female in produce- he was also masturbating with left hand deep in trouser pocket- I proceeded to tell the other two men working...literally 3 feet away from him- and they both tried to play it down stating that he is disabled. He knew what he was doing and he is truly that unaware then he needs to be with more supervision This is the VERY LAST time I will ever enter this American owned store...bleh

I've been going to this Ingles for 4 months now. Between the cashier practically throwing my groceries towards my cart, the rude managers, and the pain-staking task of 'self check-out' through their machines, I'd rather buy my supplies from a gas station.

This was a fueling service only which did not have a separate check-in for the market. They were on the higher spectrum in town at $3.79. Clean pump area and no issues with the overall fueling of my car. My visit was during the day. No issues with safety. The market is a good distance from the gas station. Easy on and off and would recommend.

I would like to congratulate and thank the Pharmacy staff--Sherry and Lisa(I think) who were pleasant, friendly, and professional in taking care of my vaccination this am. I could not be happier with that experience.
