This store beats the Greenville (pleasantburg dr) store, hands down! Better customer service and supply.

I had an extremely bad experience with one of ur employees Travis Pearson I believe that's what he said. Wouldn't give me the time of day and he continued to use fowl language at me. I don't think I will ever use that location again till I rest he was relocated our dismissed.

Awesome service from Steve in Plumbing or Vanities for Bathrooms. He also help me deciding on a faucet. He asked what I was looking for and showed me options. Told me about the difference between them.

I'm going to start this by trying to be as fair as possible. Over the past 20 years or so, I could have given dozens of 4 or 5 star reviews on this store. I have never written a review on any store and I feel I'm being unfair by only writing a bad review, but this situation cost me a lot of time and money.I placed an order last week on Wednesday. It was a pretty large order, over $4k in materials. I was given a delivery date of Saturday. I took off work and had friends at my house to help me with the project. (Building a work shop in my backyard). We were all there waiting for delivery and just happen to notice an email from Home Depot. It was from the the night before, after 10pm. It was informing me that my delivery was canceled for Saturday and moved to Monday.I tried calling the store for about an hour, this was around 9:30am. No one ever answered. I then contacted the chat line listed on my receipt. The rep told me that they had tried to call the store for over 20 minutes and couldn't get anyone to answer. The rep apologized and said they were going to note my account for "compensation". I have no idea what that even means but I ended the chat without explanation.I then drove to the store and went to the Pro-desk where I stood waiting for half an hour. An employee finally came by and asked if he could help. I explained the situation and told him I at least needed to get the 4x4's and concrete to get started. He took my receipt and said he would be back.10 minutes later, another employee asked me what I needed. I again explained and she went to get the manager. I again explained everything to the manager. She seemed apologetic, confused and bothered, all at the same time. She found the employee that had taken off with my receipt and had him get the materials I requested. She told me that the order would be delivered Monday but (and this really made me mad) couldn't make sure I was on the first couple of delivery's that morning. All in all, I wasted over 3 hours trying to talk to someone at the store to get an explanation and to get a few items to at least get started.I went back later that day to pick up a few more things that I had to have that day from the order. The 2 employees that helped me that evening were outstanding. They listened to my situation, helped me get what I needed and got me out the door.I again had to take off of work Monday to receive the order and get started on my shop. The truck arrived at my house at exactly 2:19pm on Monday. After unloading, I had about 2 and a half hours of daylight to work.I took off 2 days of work for less than 3 hours of actual work time. Those days are precious to me. I could have spent them with my family instead of waiting for an order of materials from a store that is a 6 minute drive from my house. I simply wasted 2 days of time and money and that is what I'm mad about the most.I will continue to do business with this store. It is convenient and most of the employees do a really good job in my opinion. I don't know who to be mad at so I'm not really mad at anyone at the store. I will probably use another lumber yard in Easley for my next large delivery order though.

I’ve loved this Home Depot the people are always great but they last few times I’ve done an online order and then picked it up, I’ve had an issue. Usually it will be resolved but this time no one could help me. I purchased a fence gate online and went to pick it up. We got it home and it was all bent and missing a part. We brought it back to get another one to be told it was the last one. Instead of making this right they wanted us to drive an hour to get another fence. I called to speak to a manager to be told I couldn’t talk to the manager directly. I asked if it could be shipped to my house and waive the delivery fee as I am 10 months pregnant and we can’t travel that far. Savannah said they couldn’t do that and couldn’t help me. Great customer service! It would have been an easy fix for me. Again I love the people there but that department and the fulfillment department really dropped the ball for me. I hate to leave a review but I hope someone who cares sees this and fixes their customer service.

Delivery service is absolutely pathetic. When you order something, they tell you they will call you 30 minutes beforehand that they are coming to deliver your product. SECOND attempt at a delivery and NEITHER time were we given a 30-minute phone call. When you are a working professional, you cannot just drop everything when they call you that they are pulling in your driveway and someone has to be there to sign. Absolutely pathetic service.

We wanted a piece of carpet but there wasn't enough on display. The Home Depot employee definitely did not want to be bothered with putting on another roll and suggested that we could go to another store, we said the closest store from our home is 30 mins away, then they said the only person that could bring out another roll was busy and we would have to come back later to get the carpet.(They said they did have what we wanted in the back but we could tell they did not want to be bothered to bring it out.)

One of funniest Home Depot visits ever. Needed specific size flower pot. I'm only five feet tall, reached up for pot not imagining water had collected from recent rains. I soaked myself. Humbled myself to ask for help, wish I had photo of associates' face. Sometimes we all need to laugh. I did get my pots and they are perfect.
