This place is a ripoff. People donate for free but you have to buy a bag to carry your stuff out. I can understand a grocery store but not a thrift store

Danielle the manager is very unprofessional and very rude. We often thrift and know that anything unpriced/ no sticker at the goodwill stores are $4. This specific item didn’t have a tag but was on the shelf to sell. Upon arriving at the register we let the sweet cashier know about the item missing the tag and she said “no problem! Let me ask my boss Danielle” who was conveniently also at the front helping ring out another customer. She said “no they can’t buy it. Put it away” and when we asked why, she told us it would take 2 days to price. Again, we said we wouldn’t mind waiting because we really wanted this item! A small ceramic trinket…. She said with her fingers “TWO days”. I felt very neglected by Danielle’s lack of attentiveness as a manager. And as she rang out her customers, I heard her tell them the same thing about a child’s toy. The child started crying and the dad advised that there were many others back there similar and she repeated the same thing that is would take “TWO days to price”. The father calmed his son and told him it was okay. Two sales lost in a matter of 30 seconds even though we all stated we would love to wait for it to be priced. I think I will keep my business at the miracle hill where I feel appreciated by every employee. Nevertheless if I do go to another goodwill, it will be the ones that abide by the “no tag means $4” rule. Again, our older cashier (I didn’t catch her name) was beyond sweet! Very attentive and tried to help until her rude micromanager shut her up before she could even finish asking a question. Danielle requires further customer service training to be in such a position, coming from someone (me) who has had thorough and proper training in customer service-it isn’t acceptable in such an environment.

Found some things that have been there for a while that we're not down yet I'm waiting for them to be more down so us can snatch them up

This is my FAVORITE Goodwill! I only come on Saturdays and ONLY look on the .50 rack. Finding work pants with tags still ON or a work shirt and stuff my kid needs and spending under $5 consistently. Great bargain!

An excellent GW! A huge, well-organized, selection in a clean store staffed by friendly folks. Can't really ask for a better treasure hunting experience!

I no longer shop at this location because of the pricing changes. For example, if you want a dinner plate that might have cost $1 before, you are forced to purchase it and the other 3 broken or chipped random plates taped to it to justify the $4 price.
