I like when I support a local business because they know you my name, are extremely friendly, but when change happens, especially new and young employees, you lose that connection and extra mile they go for you as a customer. Today the new young girl came to the window, without a smile, hello, nothing, just name? I told her, then she doesn’t check on the discounts and insurance adjustments and says $8?…. HUH? The lady that usually waits on me, Charlene, came and took over and after she checked it was only $16. Big difference between $8? And $16! We need to start teaching young ppl customer service and that we the customers pay their salary!

I highly recommend this pharmacy. Brad and Shiv consistently display kindness and a welcoming attitude. The small-town atmosphere, where they remember you by name, adds a personal touch. The tech support is excellent, ensuring quick assistance and prompt prescription fills. It was truly disappointing when my insurance constraints prevented me from using their services for a short period of time. As I can always rely on them for timely prescriptions and great customer service.

Wonderful pharmacy with great customer service! I always use the drive thru. The employees are pleasant and offer fast, friendly service. They’ve gone out of their way, on several occasions, to assist me.

This pharmacy I have been going to ever sense they opened and I have never had such great pharmacists and tech have so much care and compassion for their customers. I love this place. They all are very heart warming and sympathetic when my husband was in and out of hospital for a year straight and when they found out that my husband died they was very considerate of my feelings and didn't ask me what happened to him. The staff are great. Would recommend this pharmacy any day!!!!!!!

I absolutely love Fleetwood Pharmacy! I recommend them to everyone I know. The staff is so friendly and helpful! Kerri, Brad, Shiv and the rest of the staff always go above and beyond to make sure that we have everything we need in stock, even medications that are sometimes hard to get elsewhere. I would never go anywhere else!

I was once very pleased with this pharmacy, not anymore! The service in which I received today at the drive thru window was disgusting. The Karen, they have working for them, needs an attitude adjustment. Since when do you tell people what to do with their own vehicle??? It was raining and they have an awning over their drive thru window, this woman was only at the window enough to ask me for my name (2 seconds & closed the window), then she returned to collect my debit card (which I had ready, another 2 seconds, closed the window) and finally returned to have me sign for my prescription (less than a minute). Wouldn't have even taken a minute, had she not tell me to shut off my wipers. I was confused and asked her again, what she said, and she repeated that she wanted me to turn off my wipers. I asked why, and she responded that sometimes the wipers will splash water onto them at the window. 1st of all, why would you tell me to turn off my wipers after I had signed for my prescription and was about to leave??? 2nd, you were not standing at the window long enough to be splashed with anything. 3rd, it was "sprinkling" rain at that time and my windshield wipers was on "low speed" & nowhere near the window for it to splash back on you! FINALLY, who do you think you are to tell any customer to shut off their wipers or to do anything for that matter??? When someone goes thru a fast food restaurant's drive thru window (while it's raining), NEVER does the employee ask the customer to shut off their wipers. The note they have taped on their window also cracks me up. It has something about not lighting up while at the window, unless you want to set yourself on fire. (I get that it's asking customers not to smoke at their window, which I have NEVER, but very rude way to ask your customers). I will be switching to another pharmacy, one that does not feel "entitled" to treat people disrespectfully and request ludicrous things, such as turning off their windshield wipers. The audacity!!! Fleetwood Pharmacy, unless you pay for my or any of your customers car notes, just fill your customer's prescriptions and keep the crazy demands to yourself! Guess that old saying... When you live long enough, you'll see and hear some crazy things." So true! Just WOW!!!

Wonderful Mom and Pop pharmacy. Hallmark cards and Ludens Wild cherry cough drops which I haven't seen since childhood. Fast personal service. A nice change where you are still a name not a number.

I couldn’t ask for a a better pharmacy. Amol the pharmacist takes exceptional care of you. So much better than dealing with “big chain” pharmacies.My wife takes medications that the “big chain “ pharmacy said there were a shortage of. And could not even give her a time frame on when the medications would become available. We also checked with other “big chain“ pharmacies with the same response.My wife cannot go without her medications.Luckily, we found Fleetwood Pharmacy of Woodruff and Amol, the pharmacist assured us he had every medication we needed in stock. Even certain manufacturers. No long wait times for medications either. You are in and out so quickly. Fleetwood Pharmacy treats you like like you’re family instead of just another number. Definitely highly recommended. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️My family and I would never consider going anywhere else again!
