They care and take as much time as you need.

I've been with this physician group for over 40 years it has started to decline since being under Bon Secours. They are over booked, it has been hard to get an appointment when you need one, they are two are three weeks out. If I need a sick visit I have to go to urgent care. ?

Dr. Ryberg deserves 5 stars. He is an amazing attentive doctor, who genuinely cares for his patients health. The very rude, catty women who work at the front desk however ruin the practice. Their lack of professional competence is astounding. Hanging up on sick patients is not only demeaning, it’s negligent and will ultimately result in a personal injury suit. I’m glad Dr. Ryberg is leaving, hopefully he gets in with a better practice.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 50 years. Always received great care. I could call and get same day appointment when I was sick. Since Bonsecours has merged with Mercy, that has changed. I called to get appointment and Pam got on the phone and told me I needed to call urgent care because it would be a month before I could see Dr Ryberg and a couple of weeks before I could see another doctor. Had to go to urgent care twice before I actually got the medications that helped me get better. I need to see my doctor when I am sick, not an urgent care who knows nothing about me.

Been a patient with this office for almost 50 years but having to find a new dr because my current one is leaving and the other doctors in the office won't take his patients. Had an appointment today and was told when I arrived they can't see me because their toilets are overflowing but not one person called to tell me. I missed time from work!!

It's not possible to leave zero stars or I would have I was dropped from the service 2 weeks before major surgery and was not even informed I've been dropped my attitude toward their service is very negative they provide little or no service and an office staff is extremely rude look for another doctor do not go to this office you will be left with no medical help and no reasons why

Dr ryberg you may call me stubborn but it's difficult to have blind faith in doctors that have failed me repeatedly over the last 15 plus years.ive spent enough money on prescription medications to buy a house and fully furnished that house and probably buy a new car.I also know what it's like to be used for billing purposes and be harmed by a medical procedure that I later found out was unnecessary so dr ryberg why do you lack confidence and faith in your education and training because during my last appointment you hesitated then balked at providing care.i would rather be a stubborn patient than a doctor providing a failure level of care

Dr. Dangler has truly changed my life for the better. She listens to me each time I come in and has been amazing getting me on the right track with my mental health. She listened to me with my concerns of an issue I thought I was dealing with my entire life and kept my hand written notes I had been keeping on things I had been dealing with. At a follow up appointment, she recommended a medication that was truly life changing. I have felt better mentally than I have my entire life. I recently had an issue suddenly with symptoms coming back worse than before and scheduled an appointment to talk with her about this. She was very in tune with what I was dealing with. She was familiar enough with the drug to ask if there had been a manufacturer change in the drug at my pharmacy since it was not common for this to happen. Long story short, that is EXACTLY what happened. I had a terrible reaction to the new generic manufacturer. I can only imagine what I would have been going through over the next months, or even years with trying different drug combinations to get back on track had Dr. Dangler not mentioned this. I am now back on the correct "brand" and feeling like myself again. I have also seen other Doctors in this practice when Dr. Dangler hasn't been available and they have all shown compassion and listened intently to what was going on and gave answers and/or medications that resolved them. I am always able to get an appointment in a timely matter with any type of urgent situation as well. I do agree with others that the front window staff is unprofessional at times, but don't let that deter you from the amazing doctors that do care about their patients.

I’m very disappointed in the physicians in this office when I needed them the most they were not there for me. They didn’t call or follow up or support me. I had heard this before about this group but didn’t believe it until This happened. Don’t get me started on their referral person Kristie, Diamond a med assistant, and Carly the other med asst completely unprofessional and immature don’t trust your privacy or care with them! They are supposed to be working for a catholic hospital but I have seen nothing in this organization that is catholic except the false advertising. Please be careful trusting your care to these providers and staff. I transferred my care to a former Bon Secours doctor who now works with Prisma Health and it was the best thing I have done. The Lord was trying to tell me to get out!

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this office. We have been going here for years since I was in elementary school. Throughout the years I’ve had to change doctors a couple of times due to retirement. Each doctor has always been helpful as well as the nurses. The front desk always does there job correct. If you are complaining about having to wait in a waiting room for a long time, understand that the doctors are assisted multiple patients with appointments and work ins and are doing the best they can. I’ve seen some complaints about the office staffs attitude. If you’ve ever worked with customers all day long, you’d understand why they are bright and bubbly 24/7 just like any other human is. They aren’t rude they are simply there doing their job-correctly. I don’t know what y’all expect when you go to the doctor, but I sure am not all excited and bright and bubbly. Love it here.

First, I want to say I’ve only been to see Dr. Dangler once so far. (For my second visit I wrote down the wrong time and got there too late and had to reschedule) She and her nurse were so friendly though and could not say nothing but good things about them. Unfortunately the woman at the front desk (I wish I would have gotten her name) that I have seen twice has been so unhappy both times, it makes you feel so unwelcomed. I feel since she is the first person you see when you walk in, she should be more friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Lollis is amazing. He is one of the few there that care about his patients. As for the front desk they are all very rude except 1. And I’m blown away that now most of the doctors are refusing to see there patients when they are sick and need an appointment. Pandemic or not you took an oath to treat and take care of your patients when they are sick not refer them to urgent care centers.
