Went in and explained that I needed to resolve issue as I was going out of town due to a death in the family and I needed a phone that worked. The young lady and gentleman in front worked on the phone and ultimately resolved the problem and I apologize for not remembering their names but I am very appreciative for the time they both took to understand my situation and resolve the problem ? ?”
“I am one of the most difficult people to help in a store. Ever so often you come across a person that makes a job looks simple. That day is today. From the phone call while I was at work all the way to greeting me at the front door period to assist me in every way I was doubtful.
