Clean, lights work both inside and outside, corners are a little sharp to turn, but I don’t anything negative to say, I will definitely use them again when needed

For the most part, my experience with Eagleguard has been a positive one. The pricing and convenience of 24 hour access and doing business online is very nice. The only negatives I want to mention are that the gate fails to function properly quite often, especially when it rains and my biggest issue is that several times, while getting things from my unit, I would shut the door bc it was freezing out and maintenence or whoever it was, employees would assume that it had just been left unlocked and just help themselves to opening my unit. I even saw them un locking and looking around in locked units

I assumed I was getting a storage unit at the other location. I had no idea I would autopay way too much for a unit where my stuff would be covered in spiders. Plus there is no room to pull a truck or trailer in. The gate worked 1 time in all the months I rented.

Gate only work for about 2 weeks of the 5 months we had our unit. There are people that live in the empty units

this place is a rip off. they force you to take Insurance then pay you what they want . exact words .. the owner... not the the insurance co. says he will only give you half the money you claimed.. insurance co probably paid the entire thing ..yet he will only give half that amount . turned them in to the BBB this morning. cause I have pictures of foliage and debris growing out the gutters.. still is for that matter and that is only one of the things that made the unit leak.
