Really disappointed in our Dunkin donuts order this morning at the Easley location. My husband and I ordered 4 donuts, and these were given to us thrown upside down into a bag, no box, causing the icing to be smeared all over the inside of the bag and all over the other donuts. So messy, and we weren’t even given napkins. Sadly, we won’t be back.

Placed an order on the app to pick up next morning. wait in line at drive thru for 15 minutes get to window and they tell me they don't have an order for me. The app sent me notification that my order was being prepared. The money for the order is pending in my bank account and the order was placed at the correct store in Easley. Couldn't wait any longer to redo order as I had to be at work.

Enter at your own risk!My wife ordered donuts for my son’s class for his birthday today. They were to be picked up at 7:55 AM. They were not ready when she got there after 7:55 and the drive-through lady made several smart comments to my wife and other customers while she was not even bothering to help my wife or the other employee. She kept telling the other employee not to give my wife donuts with sprinkles because it would mess up her afternoon order. Not once did she apologize for the order not being ready or provide any type of decent customer service during the exchange.. At this point, my wife was late and she said she would take any kind of donuts. The Dunkin employee then followed my wife out of the store, and in front of my young child, started screaming that if my wife had something to say to her, she could say it to her face and threatening her! Truly shameful behavior, and anyone who chooses to patron a business deserves to be treated better. We love Dunkin’ but this location with its slow, unorganized, RUDE staff is not worth the bother. We will spend our money elsewhere.

Me and my best friend are both lactose intolerant, so we always order our coffees with oat milk. The past two times we’ve came here they have put regular milk and we have both gotten really sick. Imagine what would happen if somebody with a deadly milk allergy had gotten regular milk and had their requests ignored. this staff has no consideration for customers!

Lady said to wait a minute before ordering at drive thru. She then forgot anyone was in the drive thru, then gave a bad attitude at the window.Took 20 minutes to get a hot chocolate with 1 car in front of me.

if I could give 0 I would. since coming to this store I have had nothing but horrible food. they run out of simple things like butter. now today I had the worst worst cuatomer service experience of my life with the drive thru girl whom decided she can't hear me and yells at me thru the speaker to have a nice day refusing to take my order. I order bagel and coffee rhat is it. instead of asking me to drive around she decides to refuse service. I'm beyond angry at being treated this way. if you don't like your job quit you don't have the right to yell at people for no reason and refuse service because you didn't hear the order. unreal I have been so disappointed in the South Carolina Dunkin' Donuts in this area and powdersville. I have to drive over 5 miles to get to the two closest Dunkin's in my area. the manager and girlworking today should be fired to be allowed to think they can treat people like this. I have never in 50 years of my life had the worst experience with Dunkin today. A phone call from a district manager isn't enough to absolve this kind of behavior from these employees

Every time I come here they are out of donuts. Every single time. I usually come around 1 or 2pm. What is the point of being open. Also. The one time they did have a donut, I asked for a blueberry glaze and when I revived it there was no glaze. Plus the workers are very rude for no reason.

The new pumpkin munchkin frozen coffee is trash! I order pumpkin or butter pecan frozen coffee at least twice a week and never had any issues with quality. After going back to ask for a replacement, the staff said they don't issue refunds or replacements and that's how the drink is made. It had no pumpkin or munchkin or any flavor other than black coffee! This wasn't the drink flavor, it was how the NEW STAFF made the drink. After being a regular customer, I will not be back at this Easley location due to my experience

If your planning on having some donuts this is definitely NOT ! The place to go. They are constantly out of DONUTS how can you expect to run a restaurant without the food?!and let alone the lady at the window 1st second gave us attitude as if we’re not even suppose to be there and even rushing us as we were trying to make our order and we’re the only people in line! And even the order I did settle for was wrong ! Just close this place down please!!Dietary restrictions: They have no donutsKid-friendliness: Not very people friendly in general
