People working up front who are there to help answer questions shouldn’t be someone who looks and speaks to customers like they’re annoyed. Never had an issue here but after my experience today with Christine who was working the register, I’ll drive right across the street to Walgreens. You’re in customer service. Maybe have a decent attitude when someone comes in and asks a simple question.

A huge thank you to the girls at the front checkout. I ordered a Christmas gift through the photo kiosk. Three weeks later I checked with the store and there seemed to be no record of the purchase; I assumed it was lost. A couple of days later the gift was delivered to the store without a phone number or email. The girls went above and beyond to locate me —even posting on fb to try to get my number. They were successful —what a huge effort in customer service!!? ?

This is my 1st choice CVS! The manager was gracious to meet me on a Saturday morning to inflate balloons for our event. The customer service member assisting was amazing also! They truly felt like family.

I constantly have problems with the pharmacy at this CVS and them trying to act as if they are the doctor that I see monthly. They try to use the corporate name to justify their personal mistakes to their customers. When asking the pharmacist and people in the pharmacy for a supervisor the supervisor don't have a name there is no number for the boss that would correct the employees. Simple as that LOL really seems that someone's trying to cover their tail after bullying customers. I have a hard time believing that their policies are so opposite from day-to-day much less other pharmacies.The reason for my assumption is the policy changes depending on the person on the phone

Went through drive thru & picked up my prescriptions with no problem.

I needed a five day supply of medication and this pharmacy couldn’t transfer my meds from FL CVS correctly. Horrible frustrating. Will be switching to Walgreens ??

Pharmacy staff is ok, but nothing special. Floor in pharmacy is FILTHY.
