Wanted a simple water test to make sure things were safe for my family and after several attempts, I finally got a call back and was told that I probably dont need any filtration system if I wasnt seeing any yellow in my sinks or toilets. First off, that hardiness issue has nothing to do with what I was looking for. Second, why not just do the test a potential customer is requesting? That kind of laziness an ignorance makes me glad I did not go with Culligan.

We are extremely disappointed with Culligan location. Our contract says they will be out every four months to check and fill the salt. The unit was installed August 7th, 2024 and have yet to hear from them. We have called and they said they would have to call us back and they have yet to do so. Soon they will be two visits behind. They have already breeched their contract and seems they false advertised and are charging us for a service they have not provided. Very disappointing!

Culligan installed a R/O water system in our house in the beginning of November. The initial install did not go great. The installer, who was nice enough, took way longer than was originally estimated (hours). During the process he had to move my fridge, and destroyed my hard wood floors leaving deep large scratches. He did NOT say anything about this, and I did not notice until he left. Furthermore, the faucet at the sink was leaking- everywhere. I called the office once I noticed the issues, and they offered to send someone out later that day or the next. I had already missed several meetings that day so I requested they come back the next day.The installer that came out the next day was nice, and punctual, and fixed the faucet (apparently it was broken and had to be replaced) and took pictures of the damaged floors for "his boss".Since then, I have called 5 times and left word for a supervisor who has always been either out of office or busy. Every time I call the receptionist says "I promises they will call you back today" and I have yet to hear from them. Its going on two months now, and I have yet to hear back from anyone, however they did remember to send me a bill for the R/O system a few days ago.The system itself works fine, even though it had to replaced once already. However, very glad I decided to purchase instead of rent it as I don't trust they would be able to service it yearly in a time frame that makes sense.

Great customer service!Love the CLEAN and great tasting water.Also glad that we dont have to mess with those large water jugs like we did in the past
