Best customer service I’ve experienced in a while! I came in last week, in a rush to get back to the classroom. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. I told her what supplies I was looking for, and what theme they needed to be. The employee immediately found them for me. Then when I went to check out, I was offered free chips, water, and a desk calendar. I will definitely be back!

I try to be a localvore and hit local spots first for our shopping needs. That said, I had a printing need that required the printers to listen to the specifications. He immediately didn't listen, just talked over me and tried to discourage my business right away. The lady working at the counter tried to salvage the sale only to waste her time as he shot down her attempts. I hate to say that Staples happily listened, attempted, and accomplished what I needed. But, it's a testimony to Staples print rep that day. I give them 3 stars because the lady was kind but I hope he decides to like customers soon.
