I like the store, and this location in particular seems to be a pretty good one when I am in the area. They're usually well stocked, and the employees are pretty friendly. The one downside would be the pricing of certain items being too high. I've always known Big Lots to have more/better deals available compared to competitors, but now, not as frequently. That is an overall issue though and not anything that makes this location not deserve below a 5-star rating.
