I came in for an oil change and found I needed a new tire. Phil was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind! He talked me through everything that was happening and let me know prices ahead of time. I definitely will be returning for all of my car needs.

Yes great service and help me out when I was in a bind. I called and needed 4 tires asap. They had them in stock and worked me in. My daughter is moving my granddaughter to Anderson college today and helped me out. And gave me a great price on the tires. A special thanks to Phil in service for going beyond my expectations.

I have used this service department twice. I have used Charleston, Columbia, and Anderson for years with excellent customer service. One of the experiences in Easley, the service tech was so rude from the beginning that another one just kinda took over and apologized for his colleague. All I was doing was checking in. Today I called and asked why my oil change light didn’t come on, as it has for years, and was told I should have looked at my sticker. If you want a service department who will treat you with respect I would recommend going to another dealership. Update- Made an appointment the next day in Greenville at Crown Nissan and the service dept there showed me that all of my mileage notifications had been set to never come on again. They were kind enough to set all of them back to the original settings and to tell Ealey to call them if they had any questions. Spoke with Easley afterwards and they claim their techs would never do such a thing, told them to call Crown, but they repeated that they would never do that. Hmmmm... Asked to speak with GM.

Do not go to this location for service. They will forget to charge you for towing then expect you to pay it over half a month later.

I was having my car serviced and while standing near the garage area I heard the white young mechanic with a strong southern accent say the N word with the hard r multiple times. I will not be having returning to this location. Will be posting the video I have online so everyone can see what kind of a dealership this really is.

Aurelio Martinez is the best salesman. Two of my friends bought car from you through Aurelio Martinez. Both of them can't stop praising your staff. ✨Very friendly and true to their words. Aurelio gotta be the best salesman. He is the best. Anyone who buys from Aurelio Martinez never return with disappointment. Aurelio makes everything easy. He also tried to connect to my Indian friends by learning bit about their cultural roots. He is the most hardworking guy, says anyone who bought from him. Both my friends are very happy. Thank you Aurelio for your kind gestures, effective communication skills. Your work speaks of your experience. He resolved the issues very easily. Multiple times my friends called him for every trivial issue, but he politely helped resolve the issue with efficiency. He deserves bonuses and hikes in pay. You guys are fortunate enough to have a trustworthy employee like him. Treasure him guys! Thank you for helping my friends. When I got my car serviced the man in the front area (bald guy) was very rude but I overlooked it this time. I got my cr serviced and tires rotated, all of my fluids was NOT checked along with my battery which was noted on the paper. I had someone else check them and acid was on my battery. I have never had such a bad experience there!!!

This event is no more than a joke
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME~ They got me to come in yesterday and
acted like and stated to me yesterday
“ that they would get me into a car today”!!
Well; I let them know that I wasn’t just going to accept just anything (even) with my not so good credit. I’m sitting in their parking lot after returning and since yesterday and not requiring any money down yesterday…
well; today they are claiming I need $4500 down. These guys are crooks obviously and like to prey on woman; that they think are ignorant!! Nah; boys I am so far from that!!

A friend referred me to Tommy Taylor because they had a great experience & they knew we were looking for a Nissan Maxima that we had been unable to find.
