I was helping my mom look at cars (pre owned and new). She is in her early 80's, and needs some assistance with narrowing down options. We went to Benson Nissan first, and had a great salesman, Duck Emory. He was really fun to work with! He was patient, informative, polite, and NO pressure. He showed us many options to consider, and we ultimately went back and purchased a preowned KICKS from him. My mom is thrilled with her choice and the positive experience she had with Duck at Benson!

They do not value your time even if you have an appointment. If you can go somewhere else I advise you to where you are appreciated. It took three hours after my appointment for my car to get looked at but it never got fixed. I now have to make another appointment which is such a inconvenience to me.

Crooks. Three transmissions for one car. I do not recommend benson nissan . They will lie to you . Look at all the ther bad reviews, they are true. Look up nissan class action lawsuits.

Had the car in for normal service work set the appointment got the car in and handled it very professionally actually I didn't expect any less Benson runs a tight ship
