Need new reliable management that can make it on time to open store. Store hours are 730-9 and they have customers and employees waiting outside for a manager to open store l. No telling what time they finally opened. Maybe should change the opening hours for when they can make it and open on time. Only reason giving a 1 star is because there's no option to not pick any. I purchased a battery here about two years ago. I was having problems with the battery recently and I went by there to have them check it. The battery was bad and needed to be replaced. It was no problem. Just like with the original purchase, even with the replacement - service was friendly and quick. It was a great experience. I have also purchased other items at this location. The staff is very helpful! I will be back.

The reason that I'm doing this for you is because of the manager there his name is Reed I've meant to do this review a long time ago but I have five children so it took me a long time to do it LOL. Regardless me having five children as part of the reason he was such a amazing manager. He gave me such good customer service I was so stressed out the day that I came and he literally went above and beyond to show me he was there to help me. You make that store amazing thank you so much

Man bun guy tried to short change me $5Then after I got home realized I had the wrong brake pads and man bun guy told me my rewards card didn't work but it does at Pickens just don't even go to Easley AutoZone it's not worth the headaches
