Just a shout out for Michael at Autozone in Easley, SC. He was the absolute best. A few weeks ago, I was late for an appointment, but knew it was likely I wouldn't be able to restart the car after the appointment unless I got a new battery. Michael not only got the right battery, and was able to change it while I was at my appointment, but also gave me a ride a few blocks away so I wouldn't have to walk and be so very late for or miss my appointment. This kind of service is rare. Thanks Michael, and thanks AutoZone for hiring such a high quality employee who is competent, kind and courteous!

If you know what you want/need beforehand you'll probably be fine; however the staff was disinterested in helping me and ignored me until I approached where they seemed annoyed by my inquiry. I managed find the starter relay I needed, despite the employee telling me they didn't sell what I was looking for. I opted to leave the item behind and shop elsewhere. This is the second time I've had an experience like this at this location. I won't repeat my mistake a third time.

Went to this place today for the first time, Had a wonderful experience, micheal , Stokes Was very friendly And helpful, With any questions of detailing information. He deserves a 10 star rating if there is a such.

sir micheal and allen are great!! i came here looking for new fuse for my sunroof but didn’t really know what to do but they got right on board with me and were able to figure everything out for me. thank you AutoZone in easley!!
