“Trent and Austin at White's provided exceptional customer service. Prior to calling them, a certified GE Technician "fixed" my washer. Said technician actually made the situation worse and nearly flooded my home. I called White's and spoke with Trent. He provided an estimated diagnosis, and scheduled a tech to come out. Austin was the tech on-site. He was friendly, courtesy, explained to me what was going on, and offered advice to avoid issues in the future. Do yourselves a favor and go with local - from purchase to maintenance. My experience with Best Buy and GE have led me to only go with local from here on out.”
